I needed place to do have coffee while studying. Cafe Nero came highly recommended and I wasn't disappointed. The coffee was on point and the customer service was excellent. I did not only get a decent sit, I also was able to charge my laptop. I can't wait to be back there.

Lovely cafe very pricey but worth it staff are really good and helpfully

Ordered today via Uber, used note function to request large latte single shot ( don’t like strong coffee) with my lunch plus a normal coffee…. Guess what both coffees the same too strong for me I rang and asked do they not read the additional notes was assured they do, my coffee poured away as horrible, offered a free coffee if I’m ever passing, which was kind but I never will be I only work in north Ormesby Road I don’t actually live here. Won’t order again, what a waste of money!!!

Staff very pleasant given how busy they were. Hot chocolate was amazing.

Hi. I'm always going shopping in Middlesbrough High Street. Yours is one of the more decent, sophisticated cafés. I love the relaxed atmosphere. I also like the relaxed lighting, as it helps with my aspergers. For once, I've found a cafe that doesn't have them awful bright white lights, as they give me migraines. I was impressed with how relaxing it was in here. I just hope it never ends up becoming chaotic here.

Excellent service, warm and friendly staff who actually care about you as if your a regular customer they know your order which shows your not just money in the till to them. Decent coffee which is a bonus as other places the coffee can be hit or miss

Lovely drinks and kind staff that immediately made me feel welcome. I had a mango fruit booster and it was delicious. Outdoor seating is lovely on a nice day when town isn't as busy. Recommended!

What a place to settle down with a cuppa or two. Caffè Nero is situated just opposite Next right in the middle of Middlesbrough’s bustling shopping area. The cafè offers what you’d expect from your local- the regular assortment of lattes, frappes, cakes and treats. This one has an outdoor and indoor seating areas, the latter having a nice set of leather chairs to sit on.I really like the decor here which feels modern and stylish. On my visit the staff who served us drinks offered quick service and were friendly and welcoming.Café Nero opens most days from 7:30am to 6:00pm with the exception of Sunday where it pulls a Dolly Parton and works 9 ‘till 5.Go ahead and give them a go- I recommend the raspberry and white chocolate frappe and the vanilla latte (although I’d bring sweetner as its richer, less sweet coffee compared to other brands).
