Like the layout and helpful staff. Prices certainly climbing and choices now more restricted. Plants generally look healthy.Visited again, 24 April. Stock plentiful, varied, and plants all looked in good conditionStaff very helpful. Prices rising, same as everywhere. Better visit than last time.

Brilliant garden centre, but not just a garden centre. Great selection of gifts and homewards, there is something for everyone. Good for a shopping mooch. Very popular place and thus busy, especially the cafe. Cafe has a good menu selection, for either big meals or lighter options with lovely cakes and pastries and hot and cold drink available. Excellent choice of indoor or outdoor seating, with good variety/configurations for buggies and wheelchairs etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Toilets clean, good disabled and baby changing facilities. Had a lovely afternoon, would recommend and will be back.

Great place to visit. Lovely cafe selling a variety of food with plenty of seats. Outdoor seating area when the weather's nice. Kids outdoor play area. Plants galore to choose from and everything else you could need for the garden. Definitely pop in at Halloween and Christmas as there's always plenty to see and occupy little ones for a while.

Enjoyed a couple of hours looking around the plants and enjoying a cup of tea and a large piece of carrot cake which was excellent . We also asked for a cup of hot water and where told that was fine but it would cost us £1.90 .Apparently the staff have to charge because customers were bringing in there own teabags? There was a good selection of plants including vegetables

Great shop for the family as it also has great play area’s for the kids. Had to take one star away for the cafe prices which are a bit too strong. Shame really because even the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The surroundings and food are okay, a large area outside with places for children, the place is a little pricey I guess but then it is garden centre so you can expect that to be the case, however, getting served....my life.......an asthmatic ant going up a steep hill would have gotten to the finish quicker than this lot. Two staff serving at the counter one of which does not move from the till whilst the other makes the drinks.....not good at all! Barring that our food did arrive fairly quickly and was nice and the tables were wiped and sanitised after every sitting.

Fantastic time for all ages lots to do try vr santa sledge ride see reindeers walk round winter garden first class

Wife was drawn in by advert for new craft shop within, but it was tiny. Not worth the effort. Also a star off for not allowing dogs on premises, unlike many garden centres. General appearance of main shop was ok. Post Christmas sale had little left, but that's probably a success - down to good management - not got an issue with that.

Cherry Hill has been renovated since I was last here. This is much more than a garden centre with a full playground, crazy golf, three pleasant seating areas to eat your food from the cafe including one outdoor and two indoor areas. The cafe is moderately priced. There are sculptures of animals dotted around so you can go on a 'safari' with little ones. A good place to while away some hours... Oh and of course buy some plants.

Enjoyed a family game of crazy golf for a reasonable price and my youngest made the most of the cute outdoor play area for young children. Sat outside in the cafe seating area and took in the stunning views whilst enjoying the views. Thought the coffee shop was overpriced and the cake was stale, but we still enjoyed the experience and would return.
