2 hours to deliver. When called the lady on the phone was rude and said I don't know when your food will be there. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Best Chinese around, never get a bad meal. The Singapore chow mein is superb. Always quick and piping hot

The staff are always very friendly and polite. The food arrives very quickly. Normally top-notch. Occasionally food can arrive cold

Just ordered tonight got home and probably the worst chineese meal we have ordered mrs got black been which had virtually no sauce and I got a szechuan both meals the meat looked like scabby off cuts or left overs very little sause chicken was like rubber fried rice tasted like it was steamed not fried wont be going back pitty kowloon house isn't open on a sunday8

Surely the worst portion of spare ribs I have ever been served. There was little more than 5 bare bones for £5.50. I was still hungry after i had eaten them, and consequently went back out to buy a kebab.Well done, you've ripped me off once, but you'll never do it again.

On calling to complain the "chef" suddenly lost ability to understand english and suggested there was something wrong with my phone - well phone was working well enough to post a picture of the food and make other calls.Dreadful food - worse service. This place used to be stunning a few years ago so we thought we would give it another go and ordered a combination of dishes amongst a group and some of the food was horrendous - both the chicken curry and beef curry had sauces that were so gelatinous, with the consistency of cold custard over the meat. It was so off putting and meant most of it got left. Undoubtedly both had been made hours and days prior to our order, stored, and heated up at the time of the order. It brought the level of the whole meal down, looking and feeling disgusting. Gutted. We won't return. There are MUCH better Chinese options in the area.
