Very expensive for what it is. Forgot 2 items and a sauce on our order. Cookie dough was soggy and a tiny portion.Wouldn't go back.

I'm glad they now have clear vegan options, I would like to see some milk free ice-cream options rather than just sorbet. The staff did seem to be having issues with the till but I can't hold them accountable for that.

Absolutely love it here the deserts are lovely

Visited the restaurant today with my daughter, the member of staff who greeted us looked like he didn’t want to be there and so miserable, showed us to a table and as he walked off said table 1 when your ready to order, when ordering same member of staff served us again miserable and looked like a effort to be working, when our order came they only brought 1 of the deserts and I had to go and ask for the second to be told yeah she’s doing it now, even when the deserts where brought to the table the staff were so miserable and lack customer service but will end with a positive the desserts were really nice!

Customer service rubbish. Tablets and floors dirty. Been there once though maybe it's a bad day, happenes to most of us. Second time again, alright maybe another bad day, I get it. But third time, u gotta be kidding me man. Probably only one employee who did her job, the environment isn't friendly, felt like I was bothering them, they seemed annoyed at doing their job.

AVOID AVOID AVOID This place has gone downhill since opening, the waffles are like rubber, it’s like having a chewing gum for desserts, the staff are rude and whenever you’re not happy with a certain thing they pull this disgusting stroppy stuck up face because of THEM making a mistake.Icecream takeaway is filled half of the container and sealed with cling film???The waffle recipe needs to change, it needs to be fluffy light and CRISPY. Not chewing like a naan bread. AVOID

Horrendous 2days of the toilet being my best friend.. tries to contact creams to which I was told they simply defrost and sell.. emailed head office who sent generated reply.. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE .. never ever again I was treating myself to a £6.50 slice of cheese cake … absolutely disgusting service

Service was fast (a few till problems but sorted quickly!) The hot chocolate was a bit disappointing as it just really had oreos on the top rather than oreo flavour. My friend asked for a glass for the water but was forgotten about and was a bit underwhelmed with her sundae. Overall a nice place to have a catch up, go for the waffles 😂

Went for my first time and really enjoyed my dessert. The staff are friendly but the place could do with a bit of a revamp, it’s starting to look a bit run down however, would it stop me from going again? No I’d go back for the Lotus Biscoff waffle any day!

Good selection of deserts. Large menu something for everyone's sweet tooth.Fast service and food quick to arrive.We got cookie dough and a bubblegum kids ice cream both well presented and tasty.
