Frasers in Middlesbrough

If you have any sports wear it's fine but not much else clothes wide in store

Brilliant prices, lovely shopping environment and a cafe that lets refuel whilst spending. Lovely staff willing to take my money.

Don't have a good selection of sizes and won't order them for customers they say we have to order them on line and pay for delivery. Not very good service and I won't be using the house of Fraser very often.

Absolutely disgusted with house of fraser😡Ordered a Christmas item.Used hermes to deliver the item.Had no updates since Wednesday 9th December.says 3-5 day delivery.sent numerous emails to both partys and no one has got back to me.shame on you!The item is now out of stock.im fuming

Well laid out store, great selection of designer clothes.

House of Fraser hasn't changed much in over 20 years of going there, at least not at the Middlesbrough branch. But that doesn't mean that's a good thing. However what has changed is some of the popular brands seem to have disappeared.One thing that stuck out though, certain items were priced higher than in other stores. I was looking for socks and vests, only to find the exact same items cheaper in Sports Direct and TK Maxx.The store was far quieter than the others mentioned previously so it was an all together nicer shopping experience. I'd be happier going there purely to get my business done quicker and quieter, even if it meant paying a little more for some items.

Very helpful staff. As with Debenhams will miss the personal shop experience immensely. Nothing like the personal touch and advice on purchase by a friendly face. Thank you for all your years of very good service
