KFC in Middlesbrough

Its not just always about the food, which undoubtedly is very good at KFC, but also the experience with the staff. This is where my 3 star rating comes to play... 5 star for food quality and only 3 star for the friendliness, approachability, and general manners of the staff.I found that some of the front of shop staff were actually quite rude and ignorant; definitely not the kind of people you should have to deal with. Of course, not all staff members were the same - just like anything, you get the good, the bad, and the ugly in every walk of life...Train the staff to be professional and generally more approachable and KFC Middlesbrough will have my FIVE star approval.Hope the review helps.Take care and thanks a lot for taking the time to read my review.Kindest regards

Just had a vegan burger, the fillet was very hard like it had been heated wrong and overall it didn't have much flavour. I couldn't get a hot drink either.

One of the worst branch of KFC Middlesbrough. I tried 20 piece of bucket Chicken wings.. Literally they burnt it and made it like Indian recipe called "muruku". There was no chicken instead clot of flour above each small piece of chicken. Really disappointed and wasted my money here

As far as KFC goes it decent. My only issues are that we had a long waiting time from 1 order and there was not a single soul in the restaurant. Also the toilets were locked for some reason which is not good if you class yourself as a restaurant.

The computer machines were not operating properly.Ordering via the till, I could not hear what the waiter was saying correctly due to the large Perspex barrier. Staff when presented with a BLC said that the manger was not available and I could not use this card. I disputed this and then a worker finally went and got the manager out from the back to authorise the transaction, what a load of fibbers.The food was KFC standard but was not amazing. Food to fill the empty crevasse of a stomach.

Was visiting Middlesbrough from Whitby. Got 10 piece bargain bucket (should be 10 chicken pieces and 4 fries). Got all the way back to Whitby with it, opened the box. There were 9 pieces of chicken and 2 fries! Also it was very dry and looked like it had been sat there for days. Disgusting. And they ripped us off. Would not recommend to anyone.

I would go for zero stars if i could they served me uncooked chicken and water was dripping from it and it smelled like raw chicken and when i said manager about this he said those are chicken juices 🤣 oh come onsmall part of (baby) chicken wing in original recipe in wow boxWas loyal customer of kfc but not anymoreNEVER go to KFC LINTERHOPE they just say that they are correct and nothing else and everytime tables are dirtyAnd all these happened second time with me so im writing it here.

Average to be honest. Limited menu and long wait for order. Queue area isn't great and hard to maintain any sort of social distance. Few frustrated customers in shop when I was there. Obviously maybe not like that all the time but can only go on my experience. Didn't have what I normally prefer.

ordered a takeaway waited 2 hours for it to not even turn up. I then searched for the store number and rang to only receive no answer multiple times. I took the time out of my day to walk to the store which is 45 mins away as I do not drive and had no way of transport, for the staff to only tell me that they "cant do anything about it" and that "the delivery driver may have eaten it" The member of staff who I spoke to also told me that they have changed there number from the old one which is still on there website ? which I simply do not understand, how is anyone meant to get a hold of them ? over all I would not advise anyone to ever order from here, if your order goes missing and you get robbed of your money just remember they "cant do anything about it"

Good location!Parking usually available by the roadside!!Friendly staff but quality of food doesn't meet the usual standard of KFC!!Frying quality is not upto the mark!!Any one else noted same at this branch?
