Luciano's Pizzeria in Middlesbrough

This is terrible I ordered 12 inch pizza and cookie dough and ice cream and a chocolate cake and it cost £20.40 the cake was tiny and the cookie dough was not cooked and the ice cream was a small garlic pot absolutely disappointed and I always order from Luciano's also they told me that they would bring another one and my son is still waiting on his cake

REALLY RUDE on the phone, my girlfriend spoke to them about their app, the individual on the phone couldn't grasp that the iPhone app they have wouldn't let us add a new card, there was no card on the app as she deleted it due to the fact it was expired, we don't have cash (it's 2022) and he replied "it's not our fault you don't have any funds" , disgusting attitude.

Absolute waste of money ordered last night waited until 3 in the morning for my order which they didn’t even knock on the door went to work at 8 and seen it left on the drive not even near the front door and took money out of my bank

Well just ordered from here the food come cold and the driver attitude stinks spoke to my partner raised voice infront of my kids, never normally have a problem but this time I did.

Easily the worst takeaway I have ever had. Got a pizza that was severely burnt. Chips that weren't cooked properly. And a box full of chewy chicken on a bed of disgusting wet salad that they charge £6.50 for and call a chicken kebab. Stay clear of this place I wouldn't feed the food to my dog.

Amazing quality food. Excellent value too - portion sizes are generous.Staff are also very friendly.Their parmos and kebab meat are my favourite.I would highly recommend Lucianos!!!

My house mate ordered a pizza and garlic sauce. The pizza came drenched in the sauce. It looked appalling. We phoned to complain. They said they would send a replacement within 40 minutes. They did not.
