Mcdonald's Restaurants in Middlesbrough

Food from McD is always great, but the best part is the unexpected service which we were shocked to see. The staff was really nice and efficient.My order shown in the image below was ready in just 5 as claimed by the executive !!The fresh french fries and burger was great. The soft serve vanila Mc swril with chocolate dipping was yummy. Parking was spacious.If you are a MacD lover, you should visit atleast once.

Stopped in here for a drink and cheeseburger whilst in town cause I was bored and wanting something light to eat. Customer service is terrible. Waited around for about 20 minutes only to get a small coke when I ordered a medium, they did correct it when I mentioned it though so I'll give them that. They just all seemed so miserable and like they didn't care at all. Food was decent for a few quid though

McDonald's these days, depending on the restaurant you go to is pretty hit and miss. Due to covid & the new automated system they've implemented, initial customer service has taken a serious downturn. I ordered today a chicken legend barbecue sauce & a small fries, didn't gave to wait long. I asked the server for a sour cream & chive sauce, I was given 2 sweet curry sauces, so had to reiterate for him. The fries were luke warm at best, and the very lovely lady on front of house replaced them for me. I genuinely never complain unless there's a huge reason to do so, so I just enjoyed my meal as best I could. The legend was not hit, just warm, and the chicken came off in strips, it's not a chicken breast at all. But that's McDonald's. Like I say it's hit & miss, and of course I'll keep going back, because the experience at different restaurants always differs. I do tend to fund that the front of house staff are always lovely and attentive, generally middle aged folk who understand the concept of talking, understanding etc, whereas the counter & kitchen tend to be younger people who still have a little way to go regarding engaging & understanding customers.

Visited on a cold night but inside was so warm and comfortable that I didn't want to leave. Almost missed my bus. Staff excellent. Nice place to be

I got to mcflurry's Strawberry milkshake double cheeseburger and fries I took my when I got served I took my tray over to the side table and then I realised I had no ketchup so I stood up what are the counters and ask for ketchup and then when I turn around my meal has been stolen now the staff did not believe me me and had to look at CCTV once they did look at CCTV they replace the meal but that was not the point they should have replaced the meal and give me my money back I am really disappointed as I like this mcdonalds.in always have give It 5 Stars but this time I am giving it 2 stars.Hopefully this get to a manger who knows about customer service as that this should not happen, I mean imagine if I had the kids with me

A disaster. Broken doors and windows. No customers, just feral chavs smoking, swearing and fighting. The place is full of criminal looking delivery men and the selfservice outputs are broken. Kids always outside

Honestly the best hash browns I've had in a McDonald's came from here, however on an evening there are too many teenagers hanging around, eating other food inside etc and Ive watched staff trying to get them out on more than one occasion.

It was pretty busy but we still got a seat at window were wanted to be and staff were run of there feet but still helped if needed it and dinner was nice and tasty only thing I don't like is the new paper straws .

Nice place for hanging out with friends nd family. When I visited it was too much crowded and waited around 20 to 30 minutes fr a small around. But the taste and ambience is good...their sweet chilli chickn wrap is a must try one
