NEW OWNER = POOR FOOD QUALITYSo food from Mr chips was always gorgeous, but tonight...Order arrived after two hours, food was burnt and cold, chips were reheated, parmo was dead thin - big disappointment.And they have started to do fish and chips, so from now one parmo gonna stink like fish, fish like parmo and all that with burnt and reheated chips...

Ordered at 6.20, food arrived at 9pm … driver assured us it had just been cooked and was still hot, stone cold…. Very disappointing indeed

Parmo not as good as before, have they changed the chef. asked for chips got fries which looked warmed up. Disappointed this time

Parmos always been lovely but arrived tonight very cold and really small. Fries where also not as good as normal. Very disappointed that they have stopped doing big daddy parmos as they where perfect for a family.

Parmo was really nice probably one of the better ones I've had ! Bit of coleslaw with the salad would of topped it off like

Usually have a great pork parmo, however the last one was very dry, burnt at the edges and very little sauce. Could do with a bit more variety of salad i.e less iceberg lettuce
