Pizza Hut in Middlesbrough

Service was fast, ordering by scanning was straight forward and easy to understand, food was delicious and perfectly cooked, the salad was all completely fresh and well stocked. No complaints can be made. Ideal meal out.

Clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and smiling (so many workers walk around looking miserable these days). Good food served quicky.

Popped in for a treat for the kids. The place was immaculately clean, the staff were friendly and interacted extremely with our kids. Food was great and price was reasonable.The staff made our visit exceptional.Would highly recommend this particular restaurant. Very good. Thanks

Fantastic customer service but the food was a bit of a let down, specifically the pizza. The tomato base and cheese felt cheap. For the price we expected nicer food.

I attended this Pizza Hut on Valentines Day (14/01/2022 with my Girlfriend on a Date Night. We were greeted at the entrance by a lovely, friendly and polite staff member, unfortunately didn't get the lady's name who shown us to our table. Then I ordered mine and my girlfriends meal on the Mobile Ordering Service, which was really easy and quick to pay. We received our pizzas, and we absolutely loved our pizzas. They were sensational and out of this world. I decided because of the friendly staff members who were polite to me and my girlfriend during our meal, that I gave them a £4 tip when I ordered a sharing cookie dough dessert for me and my girlfriend to share. I'd definitely come back again in the very near future. Thank you very much. 5/5

Allways friendly and good food for a good price

Great food. Our server, Becky was wonderful. Everyone was so cheery and the place was clean and tidy. I'd like a bigger selection of dips but that's not a massive reflection on the place.

I had the best experience, asked for a beer, got a chilled cloudy glass and ice cold beer, the sharer special food was good except the thin base pizza is a bit hard on the crust, the cookie dough dessert was out of this world and service was good, had 2 people checking if we were ok for drinks etc. I can't fault anything apart from a spec of dirt on a dish and chopped apples at the salad bar starting to turn brown.

20/11/2018: Up to this visit, I have visited 17 other huts across the UK as I travel for business. This hut has been one of the best experiences ever.I was welcomed and shown to my seat which was next to the entrance, I asked for another and he didn't have an issues at all.They took my order without any issue and I used both the Qkcr app as well as the Pizza hut app for points.The food came within 10 minutes, the quickest ever and as always the food was on point, just what I expected.Staff were extremely friendly and checked in on me during my meal. All dishes were taken when it was obvious I had enough.Perfect service, perfect food.
