Pizza Pan in Middlesbrough

Not impressed by lack of attention to order. Specifically requested just lettuce in salad. They put in onions. What if this had been due to an allergy?????

Hadn’t had a pizza pan in years, decided to give it another go…. I ordered a hotshot parmo, looked decent to be fair. The only toppings that were on was pepperoni and onion and the hotshot was some kind of curry powder in the béchamel sauce 🤢. What happened to a good old fashioned hot shot with jalapeños and proper chilli's etc. never again from here! Binned after a few bites.

First time was last night use pizza pan the staff were lovely answer the phone she explained that will be a hour but was long with snow but came still hot and the person at the other end of the phone said if not let them know

Great food. Parmo's are great value for money, and the chilli sauce is the best

Over the last few years the pizzas have got better but about 4weeks ago our thin and crispy pizza turned up as fat and stodgy had to throw in bin. Decided to give it another go this weekend and our ham and pineapple turned up with no pineapple. Not sure if it’s the person who takes orders or the person who makes pizza butnot sure how many more chances we gonna give

Have always loved this place. Godfather is a great deal. My personal favourite Parmo.

Food wasn't to bad must have caught staff at a bad time as they weren't the most professional. Ordered a hotshot and bolognase parmo. Asked for chilli and garlic got 2 garlic then got attitude when I said I ordered a chilli and a garlic. After some words in a language I didn't understand a chilli was slammed on my pizza box. I later found a watch battery in my parmo so if someone's watch doesn't work at pizza pan its in my parmo 🤣

After two years of getting food delivered to my flat. Last night the rules were suddenly changed and I’m out of the area for delivery. I tried to explain this to the person on the phone but apparently “the manager” was having nothing of it. Was nice while it lasted, good luck keeping going if this is now customer service.

Very consistent takeaway, never had a bad one. Best inferno parmo's in the whole of teesside. I avoid going anywhere else.
