Had a fantastic meal tonight chicken madras and lamb rezala loads of meat and the sauces were spot on 10 out of 10

We have been using this takeaway for about 4 years now and always enjoy, The dishes tend to be more oily (not watery as another reviewer said) than other indian takeaways, so if you don't like this then its not for you, but if you do then you're in for a real treat . The Naga curries are my absolute favourite.The staff are friendly and polite. I can't comment on delivery as I always collect, however I have never had a bad, missed or incorrect meal order in all of that time.

3hrs later no food, when the told me it was cooked 1 n half hours ago and was just waiting on the delivery driver! they are refusing to refund! rude staff. fuming tired and now to late to order from somewhere else

Watery chicken madras, naan bread so thin and hard you could not tear it as it just broke like a large poppadom ! The main meal turned to water on my plate and I had to use paper towel to soak it up before it over flowed my plate . Shocking meal . Regularly used but had similar poor meal 12 months ago but thought would give them another try ...there won't be a 3rd time . Meal went in the bin along with my money !

The good tonight was hands down the best I've had from my local in a while every aspect was elite , keep up the good work guys

I've used Shapla for years and never had a bad experience. In my opinion it's one of the best Indian takeaways in the country and one which I use as a benchmark to compare other Indian takeaways wherever I go; I'm very sceptical about the small amount of negative reviews here and I see it's a minority, I guess foul play is present and I'm probably correct judging by the public majority vote of 5 stars. My favourite dish is the Chicken Jalfrazi, Pilau Rice and Plane Nan Bread and therefore when making a comparison elsewhere I order this dish.

Ordered chicken Rogan Josh garlic chilli rice and plain nan. Got😣 vindaloo meal rice ect correct. Re second delivery was nice fresh food but!! Not Chicken Rogan josh. What to do??
