Went to your trunk road eston store today,its normally lovely and good qaulity for money! Today i got 3xchicken teryake salads! We werent offered the extra meat ( and the meat that did get put in was a seriously small amount) wen i mentioned it to my friend the lady then offered but didnt seem happy about it!!! Got our salads home and they were swamped with the sauce that much the box was soggy there was only a small amount of lettuce in aswell, dissapointed for the 1st time from tht store

Absolutely terrible service when I called in today around 11am. was told to shut the door, no hello, how can I help? I asked if they did brown buns as not a place i usually go to be told "look at the picture we do 9 different buns" i paid for my sandwich and left still saying thankyou and goodbye to my server to which i was completely ignored which i thought was terribly rude as i was the only customer in the shop. Very rude and unprofessional woman who served me, she didnt want to be there and i certainly wont be going back

Food was ok as to be expected at Subway but my issue is the way the manager spoke to the staff, seemed very rude and disrespectful. I also noticed she had dirty fingernails which was unpleasant to see. Not a nice place to visit when staff create an environment such as this.

Absolutely disgusting. Spent £25 on 2 sandwiches extra meat on both.The bread was so soggy because the meat was so wet.Im fumming, i normally get delivered from roman road which is amazing every time.Unfortunately delivery was not available from there, so thought id just use linthorpe road.Never again i feel sick after couple of mouth fulls. Never again.

Good visit, staff consisted of one, yet she was good humoured and served up decent food. She gets a gold star for not leaving an inch of bread either end missing filling! Happy customer!

Horrible. I ordered a spicy Italian foot long and ended up with a tuna mess. The man on the counter obviously didn't understand my English. The bread was damp the salad filling was a complete laugh tasteless and drab. I will never ever return I wasted almost £12. In here for 2 foot longs and a drink. Plus the eating area was dirty with crumbs and empty cups. Foul.

Where it all started with me and my girlfriend trying subway. Love it and we're regulars. Good quick service

Subway is class get some really nice sandwiches or salads (as seen in the picture!)
