Order was late, when rung up and asked politely if there was any problem with the order or delivery, was cut off abruptly and said driver on the way. Still took ages to come.For 2 times in a row sent the wrong order. Ordered boneless chicken provisal and got sent a normal roast chicken with bits of garlic butter slapped onto it. Not impressed at all.There was also one time when I phoned up chasing an order that's not arrived after an hour and a half, the guy, whom I assumed was the owner, confronted me and told me that he has tonnes of orders and asked me what I'm going to do about it.I mean, I'm glad that you are popular and has lots of orders. Therefore you should be appreciative of the supports from your customers and be patient and apologise if you're not able to fulfill order on time, and not shout down the phone trying to be aggressive and make it as though ordering food from you was such a hassle to you.Perhaps you would enjoy the peace and quiet if nobody wants to order food from you? Because it appears to me you cannot cope with the pressure that your business is bring you.

Absolutely gobsmacked at the rudeness of a member of staff who became completely hostile and condescending when I rang up after receiving the food and started eating it, to realise it contained an allergen I had rang and asked if the food contained beforehand and was assured it didn’t. Not only were they completely unwilling to admit their mistake with a disregard for allergens and dietary preferences but the attitude on top of that was astounding.I did receive a replacement shortly after? and actually hesitated to open the door in case it was the same guy who I spoke with come to have it out.The delivery guy was lovely and said maybe it was management who sent it as some kind of resolution and they didn’t know who it was I had spoken with.Yeah, not great.

Food is always so delicious and prepared well. Great service. Can't rate it highly enough 😊

Usually the food is nice. Not today they overcharged us it was supposed to be £14 for 2 half chickens but they charged £16.30 to my card. The chicken was poor quality loads of grey and black parts. Disgusting. They also forgot the sauce.

Not the best for a takeaway, assume its the same if eating in... Ordered some Chicken Shwarma Wraps and a Mix Grill, wraps were fine (tasted like most other places in the vicinity) but the Mix Grill wasn't as good as expected, meats were dry like they were precooked and heated when I ordered, the sides of bread and rice were tasteless infact the bread was not even baked inhouse, a name like 'The Bake... ' yet the bread is supermarket bought. The salad was just onions and parsley, smelt a bit off and was also dry looking like it'd been cut and sat their the whole day. We only ate the Shwarmas, tasted the mix grill and was put off. It was a Friday night and the place was dead yet the service and food wasn't on point... Food was ready and just needed bagging yet the guy doing it was taking forever as he was talking to guy who walked into the shop! "Just pack my food and give me it, then talk to him all night if you want". Totally lacking customer service in this place, the girl on the till was fine but she was new and didn't really know the menu either. I definitely won't be going there again, plenty of other places that provide good food and better customer service.

Reasonably priced Lebanese Grills/BBQ place in Teesside area ...Their King bake mixed grills and Baby Chicken Grills are our favorites ... Even though their service is quite poor ( & somehow they charged you for extra 10% service charges )but the quality and quantity of the food is really good!

Another cuisine I have never tried before, making the most of the advice and recommendations of a friend we tried the Bake Two. Absolutely delicious - I tried foods I would normally disregard because they have no meat but Wow! Quite literally everything I tried was a taste sensation, the portions were very generous (always a big bonus to me), and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Prices are so low... Yet the quality of food is excellent. Take your own wine saves a few quid, but if you forget it there are plenty of shops nearby. Great place, definitely worth a look 👍😁😁
