The Copperstone in Middlesbrough

Superb, met my Sisters here for lunch, great place, staff, food, place is spotless and lunchtime menu is fantastic.

First time I had been to Copperstone's I am not a fan of spicy food so a little apprehensive. It had been recommended by family members and it didn't disappoint. Good portions and plenty to choose from. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Open cooking area was spotlessly clean and a good range of drinks from the bar. Give it a go sometime you won't regret it.

We had the lunchtime menu which was excellent value for money. The flavour of green Thai curry was lovely - although it was more of a soup consistency. Salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper chips were very nice too. The red Thai curry i thought was very salty but my husband liked it. One of our party had the pad Thai noodles and didn't like them at all as they had a sweetness to them. Parking was a bit of an issue but overall we enjoyed our visit.

I loved this restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was excellent. I have travelled in Thailand many times so was ready to be critical but the was excellent. I will certainly be returning

A lovely treat from my daughter. We came on the afternoon and had our meal. The waiter was lovely and made us feel very welcome.Food was beautiful, we will return x

I don’t like to leave negative reviews because, people are quick to judge.However this has to be one of the worst places we’ve been to. Apart from one staff member the place had really poor service, a few staff members were rude.I suggest that you put some proper training into your staff! Because, if you want to keep open and have returning customers, you best make sure that staff know how to take orders properly and listen to your customers and when you’re taking payments, to not have a face on and make them feel uncomfortable.The food wasn’t great and cocktails were full of syrup and ice.Unless things improve I wouldn’t recommend to visits service for me is the most important thing in hospitality especially when you’ve worked in it yourself.

Really good restaurant. Service was very good and the food was delicious. Thai time tea time menu is really good value for money. 1st time I've been and can't wait to go again

Love Thai food but never been here before. Had a child free afternoon so thought we would give it a try and we're really glad we did. The food was fantastic and service was really good too. Didn't catch the waiters name but he was really good, very attentive and pleasant. We had the lunch time special and the portions were fairly large and it was all very fresh and tasty.We will definitely be coming back with the family.

Very disappointing. Booked a table for a special occasion, when we arrived ot was pretty busy with many people sitting with cocktails and drinks but seemingly little food. The place is nice and clean and staff seem friendly however after ordering we waited an hour for them to bring us a few prawn crackers with a message about there being a wait for the meal.. it took about an hour and a half for the meal to finally arrive! And unfortunately the waiter removed the prawn crackers without asking. The food was okay but the steak was overcooked as was the chicken in the Katsu.Over all disappointing.

First time visit brilliant experience the staff were very attentive courteous professional the food was very nice and with the right amount of time between courses so that you didn't have to rush eating it so it's 5 stars well worth every penny spent.
