Best curry in the world ,fried rice, yummy

We used to love Chows for a consistent takeaway, fish and chips with curry sauce. The last month it has completely changed. The chips are absolutely awful, scrappy, not cooked properly and nothing like they used to be. Curry sauce is not as good. Fish was ok. But we are so disappointed we won't be going back unless we hear things have changed.

Very friendly, reasonably priced, I went here as the curry is supposed to be absolutely gorgeous but I don't recommend not sure if I just got it on a bad day or whatever but it wasn't to my taste but everyone's different, food was a bit greasy but was decent

Was alright not as good as it used to be but it was busy.

Love the gravy and curry fast service love this place just wish stayed open longer and open bank hols

Curry sauce gone right down hill ,been going here for 30 years and it's a no for me ,what have you done to the curry its vile now.

Been using YK CHOW for 20 years and my father has for 50. Never had a bad meal. Love the place.

Parliament road chows is poor chips are black poor warm ups where as Oliver street is like 100 times better

Really nice. Would like a few more things on the menu. It's a bit of a Middlesbrough institution, try the curry. Absolutely superb with the fried rice and chips. The chips are cooked properly and browned to perfection. If you want a quick snack. Get the potatoe scallops. And a carton of curry.
