Bar 11 in Newcastle upon Tyne

Amazing quick and friendly service! I was travelling alone and the staff made me feel so comfortable making sure I was ok 24/7! I will definitely be visiting again on my next trip x

As a regular travaller to Newcastle, I like this restaurant. By airport standards, the food here is pretty good and not too expensive. It's a nice location with views over the runway. I'm not sure why the staff close off half the restaurant for seemingly no reason as it turns customers away!

Overpriced rubbish. Overcooked almost burnt dry burgers, and tastless chips, beer was OK but it should be at £7 a pint. 2 barely edible burgers, 2 pints, and a 2 coffees and about £1 change from £60. Don't bother. Get a greggs pasty before you check in instead.

I expected my breakfast to be expensive, what I didn't expect was the poor quality of food and service. The owners of this business obviously don't care about their reputation, food quality and customer service. The staff had no customer service at all, the young women were the worst at least the young men had some manners. Whoever trains and employs the staff should be ashamed and the staff need customer service training ASAP. I rarely write a review but felt this needed to be said. Shocking standards.

Really needed a coffee and something to eat since I got to the airport at 3.45am. Bar 11 was the first place I stumbled across as I got through Duty Free, so sat down and ordered coffee and a croissant. The service was quick and the coffee was strong. I have no complaints.

Just been away on a stag do. We booked a table in bar 11 as there was a large number of us. This was the perfect start to our trip away! Table decorated with photos etc before we arrived. Then the drinks were flowing nicely. Thanks again for making this happen for us 😀👍🏻

Carly in Bar 11 at Newcastle airport went above and beyond to make the send off for my future sister in laws hen do really special. She was really friendly and nothing was an issue. The service was quick and the food and drinks were great.

Raw egg white on the breakfast. Really poor value for money. Of 5 breakfasts, 1 was forgotten. 10 mins later when a waiter was flagged down we were told the order had not pulled through on the system (a lie as it would happen) and that it would be arriving soon. We asked for a manager, cue the polyester clad supervisor. "Sorry sir, it was a kitchen error. I'll sort it now." "But everyone has finished." "I see you have 2 drinks in front of you and a limited timescale as your at an airport, so can I get you a 3rd???! Or shall I just refund the breakfast and not bring it? "Woeful service, and poor quality product. A business based on passing custom and convenience rather than a good product and certainly not on customer service.Did I also mention that when I told Polyester clad supervisor that it was unacceptable he literally just walked off. Bravo 👏An extremely unhappy customer that won't come back. I suggest you avoid!
