the worlds best bubble tea shop! always makes delicious bubble tea & food ( especially the bubble waffles!) the staff are always welcoming my friends and i with a ‘hello’ whenever we go. safe to say they have great customer service and bubble treats !!

I always come here more times than I should but every time I always feel welcome!Staff are friendly!When the place gets busy staff are always brilliant at what they do!Every time and all the time.You never feel like you should leave once you have finished your drink/food !Bubble Cha treat each customer like a family member!I’ve never had a bad experience here!Been a customer for about 5 years and I will keep being a loyal customer !

A family favourite for funky drinks. Well priced for the experience, good offers and lovely staff. Only slight quibble was that the bubble wrap was a bit cold and chewy...Still tasted amazing! Definitely the cafe to visit for a delicious bubble experience

The BEST bubble tea shop in Newcastle. I go there everyday and have done so for the past 8 years. The selection of drinks on offer is the largest I have seen so far and they are all so addictive- especially Honey Lemon Green Tea. They have a drink suited for everybody. Also, if you have any dietary requirements they are quick to make a drink suitable for you. They have a wide range of Vegan drinks and I highly recommend Matcha with oat milk and tapioca, it is phenomenal. The food is great too, the duck wraps are out of this world, as are the bubble waffles (Oreo and Very Berry are my favourites). They even do Vegan bubble waffles!If you have a reusable bubble tea cup they will happily use it for your order. They now use paper straws which are sturdy and they don't kill the turtles... wahoo!It is a family run business and it is great to support a local business rather than a chain. The family are all so welcoming and friendly, as are the staff. I highly recommend Bubble Cha.

Very good bubble tea and friendly customer service. I ordered the original tea with brown sugar boba which was very nice, if only it had a bit more boba I would have given the 5*. Also the shop is quite small with the booths taking up a lot of the space, during busy times the shops gets cramped and there's not a lot of space to move around.

Always so happy to see the bubble cha family, thanks again for my birthday things!! This is why I REFUSE to go anywhere else for bubble cha..... options are endless. Food is incredible and stay are all so wonderful, first name basis with everyone and an all round incredible atmosphere! I love the signature lighting, please don’t ever change your perfect ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This place is fantastic. Proper authentic bubble tea made right in the city of Newcastle. Warm welcoming staff that get to know you on a personal level and remember regular drinks is fantastic customer service. Would seriously recommend this place

Usually send the kids in to get the Bubble Cha first time going in myself and the ladies that served me was really nice,informative let me try the pobbles before deciding as wasn't sure what I wanted and even gave me a regular mango flavour free to try which was a nice surprise😍Finally found the combination I Like which is the Taro flavour with tapioca pearls and lychee jelly, loved it so much went a week after and got another one.My sisters first time trying bubble cha and she choose hot Mocha with chocolate pearls tried that and must say not a good choice prefer cold,so she didn't like it but that's just because she made wrong choice by going for it hot.Going back again soon next time I go out for my 1.5hour walks there and back.

Absolutely amazing selection of teas available here alongside many accompaniments. Very friendly and helpful staff and in a very warm atmosphere.
