Grandson wanted a burger which was ok. He was shocked to find out that they didn't do milkshakes though. I asked for a Latte coffee but when it came it was so cold that I was unable to drink it. The young girl serving made 2 more attempts to get me a hot Latte but she said the milk was coming out of the machine cold. I asked her to just microwave it but she said they weren't allowed. She got the manager who issued a refund. The manager didn't seem at all interested or concerned. I am making an official complaint as this is not acceptable. On a plus side, the grandson said his burger tasted better than McDonald's. However, they are double the price.

Worst experience imaginable. Food was horrible, seating areas wearnt clean and the staff looked like they had worked 15 hours miserable didn't care no welcoming or anything. Would not visit this place much better around

A large city centre branch of the Burger chain In Northumberland St Newcastle spread over two floors which is very busy indeed especially at weekends and lunchtimes as two Universities are nearby ,Service is swift and staff are friendly

Food was nice, staff were friendly....But sitting in was awful, it was freezing! My 2 young kids were freezing and couldn't wait to leave. They had the cold air con running, even though it was a cold day outside.

It's just the usual Burger King experience, but feels a little tired, and could do with a major re-fit.When we visited, the upstairs seating area was closed, and the one toilet downstairs seemed to be locked. Not exactly customer friendly. My wife seemed to enjoy the food, personally I thought it was bland, tasteless and grossly overpriced.Overall, I get the feeling that Burger King is yet another franchise that is living on past glories, and will soon become a casualty of customers expecting a much better experience.

Got 3 fish fingers over cooked on slightly stale roll.asked staff for fillet of fish her reply was yes that's what we serve nope its fushfingers.... Disgusting Angus steak burger with very over cooked Onion rings... My order was also yuck total cost for lunch for 2 was £15.97

Standard fast food. I guess it was food, and it was fairly fast so served the purpose fine. This branch of the popular chain is right in the heart of Newcastles centre, just near to Haymarket Metro Station and 5 mins walk from the Royal Victoria Infirmary.Only my opinion but I do think Burger King is one level close to a “real Hamburger” than McDonalds!
