Quite possibly the most overpriced restaurant in the western hemisphere. The kids pizza, at £6.50 each, was so small we needed binoculars to locate it. I did wonder why it was brought out on a saucer. An obviously shop bought frozen pizza, that could be bought for £1. And that would be expensive. Nice work if you can get it.I had the macaroni cheese, priced at an eye watering, wallet annihilating £16. Fairly tasty, if a little greasy. Also minute in size. After the meal, I had to take both kids into the shop opposite to buy more food. All in all, an excruciatingly unsatisfactory experience, although the staff were fine. Hardly their fault that the place is so expensive. After paying the bill I needed open wallet surgery. Not sure what any of the other eateries are like in the airport, but they can't be worse than this.

We use this restaurant regularly and find the food very tasty and reasonably priced for an airport restaurant. Prompt and professional service. It has a nice relaxed vibe with views of the aeroplanes taking off and landing.

Was seated and the girl serving us said she'd be right over to get our order. 15 minutes later I had to find her myself (worth noting it was quiet at this time). Ordered a coffee and a glass of wine and had to wait just about another 15 minutes for it. A further 10 minutes waiting for the food which was ordered at the same time as drinks. The wedges were cold and the mains were awful. Thankfully our waitress was changed to a lady who was much more friendly and attentive than than the girl before (this being the only good part of the time spent here). Food was expensive and bad, poor customer service. Avoid.

Wish I'd read other reviews before i came here😫 off on hols where to have drink and lunch before flying..... Prob not here on reflection. Don't sit on banquette you sink into another world and can't reach table! Be prepared to wait cos you will. Be prepared to ask for menu, drinks and bill at least twice. That said once we'd taken a new seat and got food it was nice. Needs to get decent management cos it could be better.... Cost however I'm sure won't change!

Lovely looking bar and decent service to entice you in. However, £17.50 for 3 fish fingers in standard cheap white bread with a tiny bit of lettuce, wedges that had been reheated, an orange juice and a bag of popcorn. Overpriced. I travel through Newcastle Airport regually, so thought I'd give it a second chance but I won't be visiting again.

This place is our usual hang out away from the crowd. When we were last here a lovely a Polish girl had everything under control and the place was clean. Where has she gone? At just after opening time, it was obvious the place hadn't been cleaned properly and the two staff had their heads down as far as service was concerned.Newcastle Airport's hospitality, in general, needs to buck its ideas up.

Waited over 5 minutes to be seated (as the sign asks you to), in this time others literally pushed us out of the way and sat down at the available tables. When the lady came to seat us there were no seats left and we were told to wait by the bar for the next table! What’s the point of that if people can just push in and sit down, rubbish system but having read the reviews we seem to have dodged a bullet 👎🏻 Off to the naked deli for a sandwich to eat on the plane instead.

Don’t bother is my strong advice. My new wife and I visited here before flying off on our honeymoon. As a treat I ordered two glasses of Champagne to mark the occasion. They got it all so wrong on so many fronts.Champagne was warm, my glass was sticky with lip gloss all over it. Complained and they seemed more upset about the fact they had to throw away £16.50 champagne, didn’t even apologise just provided another glass. Found the staff really rude. What was supposed to be a happy start to the honeymoon ended up a total disappointment. Hope they gain some advice from the other bars at the airport who offer far more attention to service.

Never been to a more disappointing place. Slow food service, looks nothing like the menu and trying to make it on time to your flight just doesn't seem important. Feel sorry for the staff! 1 star is generous, unfortunately.

Awful, dry, cold food and unfriendly service. Took 15 minutes to take our order, another 15 minutes just to receive drinks. Food took a long time then turned up cold. Plus, it was very expensive for such horrible food.Worst place in Newcastle Airport.
