Caffe Ginevra Denton in Newcastle upon Tyne

Had a few beautiful special coffees in this cute cafe, have now been served a few times from two ladies called Vicky and Amy, who are both very polite and welcoming. They are so friendly and pointed out with me working in care that I can get discount with my blue Light card - I think this is top notch service and also just great humanity!

Lovely staff,very friendly and helpful.Food served hot and delicious .good choice of products and drinks and overall a great place to go for excellent service and lovely food.

The food is always very tasty, the staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend 5*

Very disappointed by the sandwiches. Bought a couple today and not sure I'll be back.There was a fairly poor selection of pre-packed sandwiches - all on white panini, which was dry and had no leaves or salad within. I'd expect freshly made sandwiches on a choice of bread/roll with a choice of salad to go within. The fillings were nice, but overall not impressed.Better off with Greggs next door for sandwiches.Thanks for the reply - i appreciate it.However, I'd question why you'd want to heat up a cheese savoury sandwich - that sounds disgusting....perhaps a different type of bread for that sandwich?I did decline a side salad....because I didn't want a side salad, but a little lettuce/cucumber in my sandwich would be nice to break the monotony - a side salad would be a waste and missing the point of a quick lunch if I need to sit with a fork.Again, thanks for the reply, but I don't think your establishment is for me - perhaps I have different tastes to West Denton

I attend this cafe on a regular basis, the food is always fresh and tastes amazing, the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly.I couldn’t recommend this place enough

Been here a few times now food is lovely & fresh. Great service ever time friendly staff.

Had some lunch with my other half. We were really impressed with our fry up. Was lovely to sit in and relax. If I'm being picky the sausage wasn't to my liking but can't please everyone!

Seen loads of good reviews but unfortunately I will not be going back. I ordered a full english breakfast without beans or tomatoes I wasnt asked if I wanted anything else since I wasnt having these two items also I asked for a poached egg.It took about 20/30 mins to finally arrive after the staff had to nip out to buy more bread. Then finally I got my breakfast and what am absolute disappointment the bacon overdone, egg was that over done when I tried it it was that dry I nearly choked the sausage was dry. The whole thing was just horrible I left my egg and the bacon so I ate 1 slice of toast, 1 horrible sausage a 1 hash brown for 5.00 be back at morrisons from now on so much better value for money there
