Caffe Nero in Newcastle upon Tyne

Son wanted to buy a reusable cup for fathers day he's 34 and autistic the staff where absolutely brilliant with him and patient.

Once again the staff here were as fantastic as ever. Friendly, helpful and respectful. Ordered my usual chai latte in my reusable cup and a hot chocolate for my eldest. They made the hot chocolate a bit cooler than normal with my eldest being only 6. It was quiet inside and felt peaceful after a day out felling like we'd rushed around getting buses here, there and everywhere 😆 Unfortunately we didn't have time to sit and relax for a bit even though the eldest wanted to. Will definitely come to this little haven again soon and just sit, relax and maybe people watch next time 😊

Love this place, opposite St. Mary's church, great tasting coffee and recommend the carrot cake. Fantastic friendly staff and comfortable seating area great for relaxing on a Sunday afternoon.love it.

We always get a good cuppa from Cafe Nero and have a loyalty card coz I love free stuff. Very nice sandwich also. Good service

As usual a great product and fantastic staff, but the décor and seating is a little shabby.Such a big company as Caffé Nero should not wait so long to refurbish. Had I never been in one before, I'd probably not return.

Nice vibe and not as busy as the Nero on Northumberland Street . Super clean and with quality coffee ! Good selection of cakes .

The staff were incredibly helpful, efficient and welcoming. Tables were clean and the cafe well kept. Drinks are reasonably priced in comparison to other chains and offer choice on types of milk to meet with varying dietary requirements. A convenient location to stop off at with some tasty snacks too.

Beautiful coffee not bitter, and so glad they had coconut milk, plus nice vibe the cafe is bright not dark like other well known cafe
