Cake Box in Newcastle upon Tyne

I used to go to this place when prices were reasonable. A slice of cake is very expensive now. It's all cream and small amount of sponge.

Cake box Newcastle cakes are scrumptious. There’s something different about them. The customer service is very professional, they very welcoming and kind. Especially one of the workers I think she’s called anjoom very talkative and friendly. One thing that’s really important is customer service if that’s there anything is nice. So I would recommend this cake box for the best cakes. Go check them out !!!

Cakes are great, they are light and fluffy. Ideal for any occasions. The overall experience at the shop was great and the service was very quick. Will defiantly visit again.

Coustomer service is so bad the lady at the till is so rude to the coustomer. Response to the Phone is so poor and the over all experience at the shop is bad. The cake are of same taste and no difference except the names and there signature furits. Improve the coustomer service there is one and only cake bakery shop in Newcastle which is plus point for this cake box.

Fantastic service, ordered at 8.20 am, delivered at 3.40 pm, 1st day back open after Easter weekend too.Hope it tastes as delicious as it looks. Thank you for helping me surprise my son, even though he's 130 miles away 🎂🍰
