We were really looked after by the whole team at ChachaBuchi. Thanks. Enjoyed a great family birthday meal with our daughter. Been ages since we had a fondue. Great fun. Superb mussels as well! Cheers.

Really looking forward to visiting here for a while after bloggers recommendations - unfortunately very disappointing.Booked a table for 4, waited 1 hour for my drink which never came so reordered a further two times before it arrived. Had to ask 3-4 different staff members for our food order to be taken after pestering the staff (who had zero manners and looked like they didn’t want to be there) we ordered our food.We were then told there was no fondue so ordered pizzas before then been told there was no pizzas. Meaning over half of their menu was out of stock. Eventually after waiting another eternity the starters arrived hummus was okay but no bread or cutlery with it. We again had to bother the staff to get items essential to eat our food.The pad Thai was soggy and quite frankly disgusting. We thought we’d try and order the chocolate fondue my partner had to check they were still serving food AFTER ordering and the food not arriving - absolute incompetence from the entire staff and restaurant.

Great potential ! The waitress who greeted us was lovely and welcoming and bought water to the table without prompting . The food was good but there was a pause between serving us all so our food got cold !We had to wait a long time between courses too .If the service speeds up it will be a great place for a casual bite to eat .

Went for Sunday dinner. Waiting staff were all truly miserable and unwelcoming other than the hostess on the door who was very pleasant. Ordered one beef (at a £2 supplement), trio of meats (£4) and then pork and chicken. We were brought 3 beef and a trio. The guy who brought the first two plates of beef looked very confused when I explained we'd only ordered one beef and despite this, still put the plate down in front of someone. Took a fair amount of effort to get the right meal and when it came, one was missing stuffing we'd ordered as an extra so had to then wait for that. We were the only customers for most of our visit so not sure why this was all so difficult for everyone. When we finished, the waitress said 'is that everything yeah?' We did actually want dessert so not sure why we weren't offered any and she seemed surprised when we said we wanted some as if it were a great inconvenience. Bill came and it was too high. I tried to suggest the bill was wrong as it listed 4 x 2 courses all with beef supplements, and then the desserts separate with a random discount at the end. The waitress insisted that was how it should be put through the till and I could not be bothered with the argument so we paid and left. After terrible service and order mix ups you generally tend to hope you might get something knocked off, not added on but we were definitely overcharged. Such a shame because the food was actually really nice (albeit two of the meals were cold). Would not return because food isn't good enough to justify overcharging and terrible service.

Me and my partner came for restaurant week to celebrate our anniversary when arrived we were giving a table with stools but with me having a bad back had to move which they moved us to a table with very low tables which there was no way we would be able to eat our meal without hunching down so then they moved us to a booth table which was nice. We waited 20 minutes to order our drinks, then around 15 minutes to reviced them, after that we waited around 20-25 minuets to order our food. We waited 1 hour for our starter which I must say was really nice, not once did the staff come over to see how the meal was or if we wanted more drinks which we sat without a drink for around 1 hour. We waited 1 and a half hours for our mains which we not nice at all plus again not one member came over to see how we were. I had to get up and search for a member off staff 3 times. We arrived at the place for our booking at 8:10pm which we did not leave there until 11pm still hungry. It was really undersaffed. In the end the manager came over and was lovely and understanding but the whole experience was a negative one.

Honestly worst service I’ve ever had, the lady who greeted us was lovely, started off great, we had starters at 6:30 again very lovely, however we got brought more starters 45 minutes later, after explaining we already had them and we’re waiting for mains, we then waited ANOTHER 45 minutes until I had to ask someone what was going on as we had been waiting an hour and a half since our starters for our main, he said he would go and check but instead he continued to greet people at the door and clean to sit them down, why invite more people in if you can’t cope with the amount you already have? Our mains then arrived cold and pink chicken, rice was risotto and a coconut sauce, we ordered katsu, I’ve never tasted anything like it, we couldn’t eat if, I asked for the bill and again took 10 minutes I was ready to leave but could see so many people already complaining I didn’t want to make a fuss, not one person checked in or asked us if we wanted a drink in the whole two hours, nor did they apologise for the mix up and 1:30 hour wait for our main it’s honestly the worst service I’ve ever seen and experienced, I think your lucky people pay for the food and service because it’s terrible. It was quiet when we arrived and soon got busy I understand but a little check in or ‘I’m sorry your meal took so long, or I’m sorry we made a mistake’ can go along way and would have been a totally different review. So many arguments between customers and staff I’ve never seen anything like it.

I went with my boyfriend and another couple we are friends with. The Devore was lovely but after our starters we waited over an hour for our mains. When they arrived, the burger came with only half a mini pickle and 1 slice of tomato as salad, the pizza was burnt and was obviously reheated as it was like chewing on leather and the Katsu curry (which cost £13.50) arrived and was a starter size with chicken that again was obviously reheated as one side was soggy and the other was chewy. The food was not worth the money at all and we will definitely not be returning.

Came here to work during the day as had seen on Instagram it offers co-working and will definitely be back. The atmosphere isn't quite there yet during the day but that's to be expected as its new, but the staff were super attentive, wifi was great (I had some zoom calls), and venue was lovely. Stayed to play some shuffleboard and have some drinks after and I'd definitely recommend the place! Food was lovely too.

Was understaffed. We had to ask for someone to come serve us after 20 mins or so, then the drinks were sat at the bar for a while. The staff were apologetic, however. The atmosphere and design of the place is great and I image there are just teething problems at the moment with the place being so new.
