Food was fresh and tasty , price was great. Customer service was good as well , my only comment would be to have someone cleaning the tables.. .this was constantly an issue with ppl entering the shop, requesting their table be cleaned.

Best chicken in Newcastle, hands down, blows Dixie and KFC clean out the water , staff are really friendly and helpful, and there's free WiFi

This place is like a cross between Nandos and KFC.The food is excellent and reasonably priced!I had half a chicken with excellent seasoning and sauce, fries and a cup of vimto for just over 6 quid.Would definitely recommend and return when next in the area.

We have rang to order some food to collect as usual and the person who answered the phone Saturday night he have got no customer service what's so ever the way he talking like he's try to argue with you, definitely the place not the same getting worse every time, we woudnt use them again plenty other places making food and better quality and customer service....

The place is unhygienic, it may look clean but the employees hands touch everything. He went from handling cash to the table to food. Not to mention the food tastes disgusting and the only thing decent was the fries and they didn't have much taste at all. Will not be returning.

Food was absolutely good and fresh, friendly staff was able to save me few quid on selecting appropriately from menu. Only down side, no hand washing facility which is a must when handling grill, barbecue chicken.

Halal fried chicken in China town just outside st James park. Quick and friendly service, very reasonably priced and large portion sizes. Would but the the quality of chicken up there with KFC
