Desserts Delivered in Newcastle upon Tyne

Ordered a month in advance, they sent the wrong item due to stock, claimed they called but never left a voicemail, text, email etc so I’m left a day before an event with an alternative item that is much smaller, much cheaper, not even similar to what I ordered minus the flavour! and is of no use to me.No effort was made to tell me.

When ordering “cinema nachos” you’d expect warm and made nachos not all in separate containers ?! And having to warm things up yourself when you can’t, so thanks for tortillas and dip and the stuff to make them myself 🙄

Ordered a cake for my granddaughters 16th birthday. Ordered delivery for Thursday day before her birthday as wouldn’t be in on the Friday. Wasn’t delivered. Couldn’t get through on phone, left loads emails, no answer. Cake delivered 3.58 on the Friday afternoon. Came home next morning no cake. What is the point of having a delivery day and they don’t stick to it.Delivery company said they only received the cake at 02.48 on the Friday morning. The customer service manager Martin is rude, arrogant. I have tried to get a refund, as they failed to honour the contract as stated in there terms and conditions.Would advise anyone to NOT to order anything from this company . Had to go and source another cake so not to spoil her day😡

Asked bakery to deliver cake after 5pm as we weren't home. They accepted our order and left the cake in front of the porch around 3pm. It sat in the sun for 2 hours. There was no one to speak to in customer service who could help and I wasn't informed. Complete waste of a cake...birthday ruined.

Been craving a sundae and this is the best place to get them. Bit dissapointed how they changed the size of the brownies but still same price.. other than that no complaints.

Awful company. Ordered daughters birthday cake, they sent the wrong cake. No phone number to call for customer service. 3 emails sent and no reply. Do not order from this company. Absolute cowboys.

3 emails sent, no reply. Cake arrived in terrible condition, along with the wrong additional box of chocolates.Followed the physical address from the website and lead me here, I see I'm not the only one who's had problems. Pity.

Ordered cheesecakes foe my mum birthday the, arrived late then the expected timeThe cheesecake i spent roughly 30.00 on included postage.They ended up in the bin the taste was awful sometging not quite right with them i feel like i been cheated and not only that embarrassed as they ended up in the binU charged me 24.00 for 6 mini cheesecakes that were off and delivery charge of 7.00 dpd delivery which was 3 hours lateAnd they want me to remove my review for acrefund if i dont then i dont get my money back cheaters

Very poor service from start to finish, I ordered a cake that was meant to serve up to 10 people, they sent a cake that was the size of a side plate.They tried charging me nearly £40 for a cake that was the same size as a cake from my local supermarket which only cost £9.Extremely sarcastic response from their customer services which seems to be a common theme by this seller.Escalated the claim via PayPal and was awarded a full refund.It’s a real shame that business like this try to con you out of your money and rip you off, standby for the sarcastic response to this review as they will have to have the last word!!!

I bought the hazelnut lovin' cake from these guys and I was not disappointed at all. The cake was shipped overnight all the way to the bottom end of the country where I live and arrived well packed and well preserved. I would most likely use them again for a special occasion.
