It is a private property place. Its very near to west road.

BE AWARE OF PARKING FINES. No clear signs at the entrance/ reception. You feel like entering an abandoned place. I got a fine of £100 for parking there for 16minutes, as I was looking for an office I thought its in the building.

Very organised and modern facility. The building houses the North East Arabic Language Academy (NEALA), a leading academy in teaching Arabic language in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Such a cute community collective with the best possible tattoo studio ever! (Fossil and fern)

·

Very good place and step 2 success inside is very helpful with tests

Parking system is rubbish. They have multiple business and expects people to park there only for 10 minutes 🙄It should be at least 30 minutes minimum free parking time.I am sure all business must be struggling due to this issue.God help business over there

Visited head to toes massage. Louise is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Let's start with the good stuff. It's clean, tidy and the staff are very helpful.Where it is let down is by the lack of investment in the building. I am sure when this was opened, I guess back in the late 90s, it was the height of sophistication. However, it is showing signs of lacking investment.Their idea of a whiteboard were two white sheets of plastic, like thick bin bags, slapped on the wall, held in place by static electricity. (Unsurprisingly, they fell off.)The whiteboard behind the flip chart looked like it had not been cleaned for years. Most modern conference facilities would provide an interactive television screen. Here, it was a very old, low resolution projector and a small screen. It was like trying to look through thick fog reading the screen, the edges were completely out of focus and the bulb was old so the projector not at all bright.Another ancient projector was delivered and that didn't start at all and the other two in the building were not working either. The furniture was okay, standard padded chairs that had signs of long use, and faux-pine topped tables. Some of the ceiling tiles were stained and some of the light fittings had tubes that were not working. The light buffet lunch was plentiful and tasty, but very wheat orientated, which was an issue for about a quarter of the people attending. The cafe no longer exists. It's not the worst place in the world, but it isn't stunning. A bit of investment targeted in the right places would bring this back up to a first class facility.

Attended the Newcastle business awards 2016 and it was a really good function. The venue was really modern and well set out.
