Eat4less in Newcastle upon Tyne

the lady who are casher was so grusive because I just asked for one more ketchup and she said with anger face you have to pay more 😄 I have never been in issue like that in my whole life.

Last time I have been to eat4less was last week. The lady who works at the front (the cashier) who is not of English origin was absolutely rude. I went to pickup my order with my friends and she tells me exactly this "I have just told you it's not ready, so just wait", all while looking at me with an angry face. Is this what you call customer service now?

Cheap and quick and the food is fine. Not 5 star dining but it'll definitely do if you're hungry and don't want to spend much

Usually decent food for a good price , but after sending the double cheeseburger burger back for the first time they managed toDo it again . Burned and as hard as a rock

Normally a big fan of eat4less, but just had a meal that was vile. I ordered a zinger burger with fries, and a spicy American chicken baguette (my usual) I got this deliverooed. It took an hour and a half to come, the fries weren’t there, the burger was freezing cold and full of random vegetables and a slice of bacon (??) when it’s usually just chicken, cheese, Mayo and lettuce. The baguette was also rough as old boots. As a loyal eat4less customer, I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon unless I’m refunded.

Went to eat 4 less for the first time and the price was remarkable reasonable and fair the food was amazing loved it alot got myself the burger meal deal and honesty for £4.25 freaking amazing and enjoyed every last bite 🤩😊

Went in yesterday evening about 6pm no one was wearing masks, no beard/hair nets in the kitchen, people talking on the phones while preparing food, random people walking in the kitchen while food is being prepared, very slow service. How do they still have a license?

Great food at a fabulous price. Ate here each day during our recent trip to Newcastle. The jacket potatoes are just perfect. If you're vegan or plant based try the roast veg topping minus the added cheese. It's filling and delicious.

Cheap, fast and acceptable.Good place if you don’t have enough time for lunch.Everyone here will be high efficiency.Menu is abundant, pizza, burger, jack potato, roll, salad. Good for vegans as well.

Food is cheap and decent quality. But didn't like the staff and ambience here. I felt there was no ventilation here when i was having my food on the first floor. Also the quality of the food seems not good compared to other food restaurants in the vicinity.
