Outstanding restaurant - a must visit, download the Gusto app to benefit from many deals and rewards and even book your dining experience this way and just have your membership QR scanned on arrival, it’s that easy to book, enjoy and gain rewards.. lots of parking on the quayside which is all paid. Great staff, found them very friendly and knowledgeable with the menu on offer…

A very nice place in a very nice part of Newcastle. The menu is very Italian and quite varied, with good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Delicious pasta, pizza and orzotto with lots of flavour and great presentation. The service was pleasant and quick. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Superb choice and really good food. Have only eaten here a couple of times as only an infrequent visitor to the region but on both occasions had the same brilliant experience. Some good cocktails and drinks available. The service is friendly and professional and my family love it here too. Ambience and decor very nice indeed.

Came here for a valentine's meal with my boyfriend. Food and drinks were delicious. Quick and friendly service, our waitress Molly was amazing and we loved the romantic atmosphere!

Incredible food as always. Fully recommend the fillet steak at medium rare. Absolutely melt in your mouth delicious, excellent service every time as well. 10/10

Food is absolutely amazing! Staff are so friendly & welcoming & can't do enough for you. The butternut squash risotto was delicious, my friends had the steak & sea bass & said both were fantastic. The desserts were to die for. Everything was to a very high standard. We even got complimentary prosseco 🥂 the drinks were quite pricey but as everything was so lovely we couldn't complain. Definitely worth a visit.

Was very busy and very loud. It was hard to hear what my friends are saying next to me .Staff asked us to leave in 1:45min because of fully booking.The food was very small portion and very expensive, didn't asked about sides or extra salads or chips. Didn't offer any sauces. I didn't enjoyed my food and atmosphere.We had a bottle of wine Kaiken (£31.50) later we checked the price in internet and it was £9.99 Rridiculous!!!!!!!! Not happy!

I had a VERY good experience with my family in Gusto! Not only from the great food, but also from the EXTREMELY friendly staff!I ordered Gusto’s Classic Burger, which is a wagyu beef burger. It was good, but I won’t recommend it for beef lovers, because it doesn’t taste as it should be. That’s not strange from Italian restaurant.We also ordered margarita pizza, Homous (not as good as Arabian homous), and rossito, all of which were good.

Nice place and good food...not the cheapest but tastefully.tha staff are friendly,the place is clean(some improvements to the disable bathroom will be a good thing) , good for a night out.
