Icestone Gelato in Newcastle upon Tyne

I had a great experience when I visited Icestone Gelato in Newcastle! Manager and staff were very friendly. The cookie dough was very tasty, they had a lot of options to choose from

According to staff this waffle is not burnt despite being able to taste it 🤥

It was my first time visiting this place. Can I just say, it was wonderful. The interior is stunning, the playlist is perfect and the food looks super fancy, yet is not that expensive. I was extremely happy with a waitress that served us. She was really really nice and friendly. I can't wait to come back here again :)

No complaints from the kids, they loved it.Nicely presented and in good time.Service was great from all departments.Will be going again

Beautiful clean place, manager was really welcoming and soo many different desserts to choose, recommend trying the milkshakes I got the milkybar and my daughter got the mint aero both were delicious 😋

Yesterday, i had a chocolate waffle . The waffle is so delicious covered with hot chocolate with vanilla ice-cream. Garnished with whip cream.

Nice people, cookie dough was standard. Wasn't busy at all so we were served quickly

Love this place, we've been a few times and tried different things (ice creams, cookie dough, waffles, pancake etc etc)Everything we've had has been beautiful and we will continue to visit.

I'll just leave my opinion just in case they come here to see reviews.I've been there twice, once I've tried cookie dough and the other time a waffle, a cookie dough, a cheesecake and a Crep I'll leave pics below. The best things there were ice creams. I am sure they can do better. we came as soon as they got open. There were fewer staff, not as many as in busy hours. Mostly, it is around 25 mins untill the order comes to your table.So from what we had;cookie dough was ordinary, not bad, but not that good as well, but we liked it and enjoyed,The waffle was a bit burnt, but hey, it happens, and it wasn't burnt too much but just a little (?)Crepe was a bit undercooked or maybe this is how it is supposed to taste like I don't know, that was my first time. I felt that it was a bit raw, a bit doughy. However, surely it was quite blunt, so they need to improve that. Like without the chocolate syrup (sauce) the crepe itself was tasteless (maybe I just expected it to be more flavourful)The ice-cream were really nice,The cheesecake was good.Customer service needs to be improved. Just to mention here, because people are so different you cannot reach the perfect level of customer service and you cannot deliver good CS to each and every customer, some will like it some won't, so it needs to be improving all the time.I will go there again of course when I feel like eating desserts, because it is in Fenham area, the place is clean and desserts are good, but won't go there when I am time limited or want high end customer service

A good selection of desserts, prices are okay, portion sizes are reasonable. Unfortunately on the day we visited the cookie dough machine was broken so we settled for waffles and other desserts. Staff were very accommodating as we had a large group they moved tables together to seat us all together and they informed us as we came in that the cookie dough machine was out of order. Very clean and good decor and seats were comfortable. Waffles were a little under cooked as per my liking which is why I dropped a star. Plenty of parking locally as well.
