Perfect. Truly a perfect Chinese takeaway. Amazing prices, and amazing deals if you go for sharebox items. You always get the correct order, and it's always either on time, or early. Not only that, but they often throw in free items when you've ordered a certain amount which is always a treat!Always friendly staff and friendly delivery drivers too!I would really recommend anything with Cantonese sauce, because it's beautiful from here. And oh my god, if you haven't had the salt and pepper chips ... You haven't lived. I would literally form a religion worshipping Jakki's salt and pepper chips if I could. They are to die for.If you're going to order a Chinese from anywhere around the Heaton/Byker area, you're not going to get better than here.

Always good food, always hot when you unwrap, always caters for my food allergies very nice people too, I had Deep Fried Crispy Chicken with Chips in a lovely rich Chilli Sauce, will never go to any other Chinese takeaway, thank you Johnny

Very disappointing. Over 30 pounds worth of food delivered half and hour late and freezing cold. Got nothing but attitude off the man on the phone when I rang up

Best Chinese food we had in a long time! It's amazingly tasty and just perfectly spicy, great quality meat and portions really hearthy. So many tasty bits it's hard to choose only one! We'll happily order again. And again. And again.

Legit the best Chinese ever. We moved from Heaton and I still drive to collect it from where we live now as any locals near us just don't compare! Lots of vegan options, best tofu around ❤️

I've been looking for a Chinese takeaway that's both tasty and knowledgeable about allergens since the one I used regularly closed down a couple of years ago. Jakki's is amazing. The food is tasty and the allergies (gluten, dairy, egg) were no problem at all. This place seems constantly busy and I can only see that as a good sign! Will definitely be ordering from here again :)
