A best place for traditional indian authentic food would like to order again and again😋

Well not good at all . 2 hours from ordering my meal arrived stone cold! spicy chips were plain and the keema Nan I ordered arrived as a plain nan! And what is the £4.90 delivery all about plus a 40p service charge £5.30 it’s a joke .

This place changed hands a few years ago and the new owners have managed to destroy a great curry house. Bland ,tasteless food . Shop looking unloved and grubby. This was my goto curry house almost 30years. Wont be back.

Looks like they use the same tomato sludge base for every dish, even those that aren't meant to have a tomato base. The sag paneer was disgusting. I can only assume the chef has absolutely no love for cooking, and takes no pleasure in his job. Everything I ordered was lifeless and certainly not what it was meant to be

Might as well have set my money on fire. Absolutely terrible and wishing I’d read the reviews here before placing an order. Food appeared dated and wasn’t nice.

Undercooked naan bread, undercooked aubergines which were super bland. Main dishes were luke warm. Rice looked and tasted like it was cooked a few days ago. Overall everything was very disappointing.

I had the paneer with cashew pilau rice ... I ordered and then read the reviews and panicked ! However, I was impressed - quick service , hot food and tasty too . I’m not sure if I was lucky or that the one star reviewers were unlucky ! 5 stars from me !

Average food and terrible service. Ordered on line and was told food would be ready in 45 minutes. Upon arrival it was clear they hadn’t begun preparing my order. On line price comes with 10% discount - they tried to charge full price. I pointed out they hadn’t applied the discount - they tried to suggest it had been applied, which it hadn’t. They applied the discount and told me food would be “ 7 to 10 minutes”. 20 minutes later I was asked to confirm my name and what I had ordered. I pointed out they had details of my order, which I had already paid for and was then told they couldn’t find my order. They wanted me to repeat the order - food for four people at a cost of around £50. They then found my order and told me it would be another 10 minutes. It was longer. It took around 90 minutes in total to get the food. There was barely an apology for this appalling service. No money back. They gave me 2 poppadoms, which some other takeaways would include with a large order as standard. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience here. They often take far longer than they say to prepare an order and, on a number of occasions, I have got home with the food only to find items missing. They seem to struggle to properly prepare anything but the smallest order. I have always given the benefit of the doubt in the past, hoping that the service will improve - it’s my local takeaway and the food has been acceptable in the past. Tonight, the food was bad and the service was terrible, once again. I definitely won’t be returning. This is without doubt the worst the worst Indian takeaway service I have used.
