Absolutely Bowled over by the food. Vibrant, packed with flavour, texture and colour. quantity and presentation more than generous. the extras included, that had not been ordered( ie pancake with lemon slice), served to make my Mothers Birthfay feast, worthy of her. We have now settled into a cosy satisfied night in and you food helped create the atmosphere for it. I am grateful. P.S. barely waited for the delivery before it arrived !!

Have to say when I ordered my meal for 4 I hadn't seen the reviews so when I saw so many bad ones I was wondering if I had made a mistake going to this takeaway. I'm glad I did because the meal was excellent, it arrived at the promised time, it was hot and the food top notch, will definitely use Kashmir again and based on my experience I would definitely recommend it

Bought a our Indian from here a few weeks ago after having some great curries.You n receiving th order I was shocked to find a hair within the nan bread.I straight away sent a message on fbook messenger to let the restaurant know what had happened and they haven't even replied yet they have read the message.Such a shame as food was lovely but just put off by the lack of response from me raising the issue

Tandoori mixed starter was disgusting and meat inedible. The salad was tiny and soggy. Rang to complain to be told manager would look after us next time. As if I would waste more money on food that goes straight into the bin. Meat in curry was over cooked as well so that joined the starter in the bin. Worst customer service ever and even worse food. Left starving and furious.

Last night I called up to advise they'd forgot to put chicken in the massalla - their reply was that they no longer want my custom. I also asked for no coriander last week and they couldn't fulfill that request. Useless and don't understand English very well.

I had to give this 1 star as I couldn't give it zero. I loved this place but I will never order from here again. The last 2 orders I have placed have been a joke. The first was 2 hours late and the wrong order! No apology when I rang up or offer of correct order. Second order didn't turn up at all and when rang up I was told it had been delivered to a red door!! Once again, no apology or any offer of my order to be delivered. Absolute joke!! Would recommend "NEVER" ordering from this establishment.

I can understand that restaurant's like Kashmir Tandoori are only fooling Non-Indians. Their chefs are just NOT making exactly the same dish that is on the menu. Too much cream is used to thicken the curry and literally I tasted sugar syrup to balance their spices. Absolutely very-very unhealthy and fat making food that they serve!

I have tried food in many Indian restaurants across the country and outside but the curry from them was not good at all. I order paneer tikka makhani and what they sent was paneer dipped in a SWEET sauce which tasted horribly. Along with that I had order 'Onion Raita' and they sent a bowl with chopped onion and few spoons of yoghurt on top(probably bought from some supermarket). After confirming from them they said it was cash and carry's yoghurt(my apologies) and NOT RAITA which only takes like 1minute to be prepared. Clearly, the chefs DO NOT know how to prepare the food they have listed on the menu. I am surprised people like their curries.

Wish I could leave NO STARS ! Horrible place placed an order on a Saturday night and was told no longer than an hour so waited and waited and nothing 1 hour and 10 mins later I rang to ask where the food was "driver left 5 mins ago he will be 5 mins" 20 mins later I ring back again to see where my order was again I was told "driver just left not be long" I then told him I rang before and got same story and asked for discount then a horrible rude manager owner came on the phone to say "I've worked in takeaway for 20 years and you never get an order within an hour " I then asked well why quote me the time scale?" to which I got a load of abuse I cancelled order and said I would not accept it if the driver knocked at my door !!!!! Avoid at all costs, horrible man will not order from you again!!!!!
