KFC in Newcastle upon Tyne

They never clean up the place. Tables are always dirty and filled with past orders. Ik it must be tiring but still. Nowadays they always close in the mid afternoon with no warning on the website. Just wasted time coming here. I do not recommend.Although their food comes out relatively fast and you get value for your money. If you really want to take kfc when they close early. There is another kfc about a 15 min walk away. I have no experience with that one though.

Misunderstood the order. When asked, the staff were soo rude and negligent. They're so busy in talking to each other. When I just asked them to replace the wrong order their attitude was so bad and replaced my order recklessly without even putting the lid properly on the drink which is spilling all over as I've interrupted their chat and asked to replace the food properly as per my order. Can't even give 1 star to this restaurant. I would never recommend this KFC.

Staff are brilliant. But this place is plagued with technical issues with the kiosks. Takes ages to get served with one till. 4 of the 4 kiosks didn't work. Been like this for months. Not good enough

The chips were cold and the long counter with seating was really dirty. The counter was covered in mess ie ketchup salt and food papers.

Nice little kfc but you need to fix one of the overhead displays and a lot of your touch screen menus are not allowing finger taps.

This KFC is good in terms of position. Lot of people pass through in front of this all the time, thus this has became a automatic choice of food for the passer by. It has all usual availabity of food items that a regular KFC shop does have so no extra marks for that, however this KFC surely have more staffs than many other KFCs and thus the waiting time for any order is comparatively less.

Very poor experience. I ordered this takeaway and waited for two hours and didn't come. In the end, the store cancelled the order. I have never seen a store with such a poor service.

Nice staff, but shop is in a shambles its covered in litter and half of food order was wrong was told only fillets available so accepted this but was given 2 wraps which i didnt ask for and were very spicy to which my stomach cannot handle. Very disappointed.

The foods okay, but the staff stand around doing nothing when it's not busy, the restaurant is always dirty, surfaces arent clean. It's Not nice walking in and seeing the mess, it puts you straight off your food. It's the 5th time I've been here and it's been in this state. Staff also stood around on phones, front counter where they serve customers is also dirty with dry pop stains everywhere. One typical women with blonde hair who has a extremely loud voice is intimidating. who stands and makes you feel uncomfortable walking about as if she ownes the place.
