Kfc in Newcastle upon Tyne

Dunno what is so hard about “can I have a wrap with just chicken and supercharger sauce in it” because the last 8 times I’ve been every time I get it, it’s completely plain with just chicken??? Wtaf

Rude staff, I ordered rice box for takeaway. Once I get back to home, I opened box and rice box was without rice… little advice for staff, if you not happy about your work, just change work.

Awful KFC ever seen in my life. Very few seats only. Kind of take away store. No bills came from self checkout machines, ordered Pepsi and they gave one which is no cold at all. Never recommend.

Food came with missing order.Called the restaurant I am still waiting.I need my money back because even the kids could not eat.Very disappointed.The store manager promise to send the missing items with something else but still waiting

I was not impressed, went for chicken Tuesdays. 9pcs chicken for £5.99 i seemed to get a lot of wings (4 or 5) the chicken was lukewarm, the batter was soggy and falling off the chicken, which was also pretty dry. Went in the afternoon so it wasn't so busy i don't know how long it had been sitting there. The staff on the other hand were great fast, efficient and happy. Suggest you get this deal when it is busy so you know the chicken hasn't been sitting under the hot lamps for a period of time

Every KFC I have visited has been very dirty. The floors walls surfaces need a good clean. Cleanliness really isn't too of their priority. First impressions count for me especially when I'm ordering food. This place is a no no from me.

Fast food but long wait.... The management need to sort out their staff rotas to enable efficient serving as I waited 30 mins for my order. I'm not blaming the staff as I could see that were clearly rushed and confused. I hope they read my review and take it constructively. We all have a bad day and that's fine but if he shop is run this way then they need to make changes if they want repeat custom

I waited for the food for around 30 minutes. The machines never have receipts. Then they asked if they could replace my 1 piece chicken with 2 hot wings. They did not have a proper box for my box meal. When I came home I realised everything was drenched in my gravy sauce. The cheese in the burger was pathetic to look at. But overall the food was ok.

Cold food. 20 mins to wait for them to take the food straight from the fridge. If you like cold chicken this is the place for you!Lots of delivery people waiting in front of us swarming the counter. Not a nice experience.Couldn’t give 0 stars so 1 it is.

Had to change my review and lower the rating, I would give it a 0 if I could.Place is extremely dirty, and was still in the same state over 90 minutes later. Staff rude and stood around chatting rather than cleaning. EHO would have a field day.Ended up having to complain direct to KFC along with providing the pictures to them.It looked even worse in real life to the pictures, where was some areas I could not get as people there eating
