Ordered a donner kebab it cam with chips, chilli sauce, garlic sauce, and 2 pitta breads. For starters it was all deconstructed and just put in a box in separate containers, which tbf is not the end of the world. However the meat was over cooked the chips were anaemic the “chilli sauce” was Bolognese sauce at best and to top it all off the pitta bread wasn’t even toasted. Possibly the worst kebab I’ve ever had

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Wrong order and missing items. Rang but wouldn't resolve the problem. Very rude staff, hung the phone up on me. Incapable of putting together simple orders. Overpriced

Been here twice now and both times got my order wrong. This time I ordered kebab meat and chips with a can of pop and they couldn't even get that right. Both times I've been in the manager with the glasses had had an attitude with his staff and customers and when I called to say they got my order wrong he tried to say it was my fault. Terrible company as a whole. Never ever ordering from here again!

Just avoid. Horrible food, took ages. Somehow the chicken tasted like sugar had been dusted all over

Ordered a donner meat wrap a while ago which was so bad I had to bin it.Very rude staff with awful customer service skills and left waiting at the desk to order for about 5 minutes before the staff stopped arguing so I can get served.Also, the staff are outside the takeaway shouting most nights at ridiculous times, in a residential area keeping everyone awake.

lovely food but had to wait an hour as only one member of staff serving ran of his feet even though delivery driver just sat on his phone watching videos instead of at least trying to help finally got the food after a hour i asked if i could have a small tub of ketchup and was shocked when they wanted 55p for it even after standing there for a hour

Delivered late and cold, soaking wet oily pizza and blocked on Facebook - the complaint trifecta!I have ordered from M And M Takeaway (MM FLAME GROUP LIMITED) more than a dozen times as they are my local pizzeria. I regularly order a 'Marguerita' from their website and it is usually mozzarella cheese used.This evening I ordered a 18" Marguerita with 8 Mozzarella Sticks and 2 sides of garlic sauce.The order took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive (est 50mins). Upon arrival the food was cold (the mozzarella sticks were luke-warm) and the pizza was ridiculously oily (see attached photos). The oil was literally dripping off. Furthermore the cheese was not the regular cheese used on past orders (this occasion cheap, oily plastic tasting cheese). My two friends and I shared the mozzarella sticks and threw the pizza in the bin.I had already messaged MMFLAME on Facebook asking where my food was (after waiting an hour) having previously tried contacting the takeaway directly 4 times to no avail. I was told "If any problem please let me know Many Thanks". I let them know the food was cold and it wasn't the normal mozzarella cheese, and would like to see a photograph of the cheese used (full conversation attached as a photo). I asked for a refund for the pizza only and was told that "We can if you have not touched the pizza?". I replied that the pizza was now in the bin, however they were more than welcome to come and collect it if they wanted. I then found out they had blocked me on Facebook.I've probably spent around £100+ at this takeaway (I am a student and share my house with other students) and honestly it's tragic how they've dealt with the situation. Any possibility of myself or my friends ordering from them in the future has been extinguished. Furthermore I will be chasing up this refund regardless, and by blocking me (first step of dispute resolution is to attempt discourse with the affected party, and by blocking me I will be seeking an alternative solution). All that was needed was a refund for the pizza, or even just give the next pizza free.Really embarrassing. I could've forgave the bad food but I won't be forgiving the customer service. Educate the staff on how to resolve problems because I imagine you will face more - and there's only so many times you can block people on Facebook before you run out of customers.

Ordered from here when i was in jesmond working late in a property, they told me it would be 20 pound for x2 chicken kebbabs=6.50 each then x4 sauces that come to 2 pound that's a total of 15 pound, the women on the phone when I phoned told me my order was 20 pound including delivery.15 pound plus 5 pound delivery.Before placing I explained I'm not from the area and just googled a shop only to find out the shop is 10 yards away!!! This is a disgrace as the delivery driver even drove round the corner to make out he wasn't from the area! You should be ashamed. You where sheepish when I told you the post code to the street and I only clicked on when leaving the property I was working in.

Terrible service . Tried to illegally charge me for using my card. Won’t be going back again. Ordered a doner kebab with salad. The salad they provided was pathetic. Pretty much a child’s portion. No red cabbage either. Rude ignorant staff. No thanks .

Didn't have half the menu and the till not working so no receipt. The food itself was plentiful and tasted good
