Although you sometime have to wait for things to be cooked, you don't have to wait long and I'd rather that than have things that have stood for ages. Love the skinny fish n chips. Not had a bad meal yet

Been here two weeks running to find it closed. Why have opening times on your window and website saying you close at 8pm but I arrived at 7:25pm to find it closed. One week said they had ran out of stock and closed early? Does this mean they had no potato’s left? This weekend no explanation just closed before 7:25? Really unimpressed I’m afraid 😡

How can you not love malt and salt. Best fish and chip shop around! We would not go elsewhere since discovering how great their food is. Not only that it’s very close to my home and the owner and I have been friends for many years now! I’d recommend to anyone. Staff are really nice and friendly and there is also a place where you can eat in which is great! Have a wonderful Christmas.

Our 1st time here.Freshly cooked fish to order and double dipped chips we have tried a few local fish& chip shop's if I'm honest i would say its 1 of the best might go further and say the BEST.Give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Love this place! Double dipped chips and the home made fish cake is a cracker. They'll deep fry you a smokey and you can phone your order in on the way there!😀 Lovely atmosphere and super friendly. Best chip shop in these parts.

Tried this place out last week for the first time. I had the battered sausage and chips. At first glance the box seemed a bit small, but on tucking in I was not disappointed. The food was delicious, none greasy and as good as you get anywhere. Just the right amount too.Well worth a visit
