McDonald's in Newcastle upon Tyne

Food only tastes nice if you get a very specific order with lots of sauce... The mcflurries are lush tho. But why did they remove the cheese bites and tangy ketchup!!! That was my favourite and I don't go as much anymore due to them removing it. Back to burger king for me!

I visited McDonald's. In Trinity Square, Gateshead. There's plenty of seating room and that's all I can say about it. You can order a meal on the machine if you can use it or stand in a queue if you know where to stand. There's nobody to help and the staff looked harressed. I left without buying.

Place was reaky clean and spotless toilet was emcaulate. staff friendly. Food was really good fresh and cooked lovely. Was livy and quite went went in aswell plenty of seating aswell is a hole at back of shop that probaly needs fixing on the floor other than that great staff said good bye and wished everyone a good morning aswell when they left

Went in the early hours, not the quickest of service with crowds of punters. Only down side was the female security guard trying to get everyone one on one side, which was already jam packed, has she forgotten that covid is still about? I refused and stood on the other side waiting for my order. Was mega packed

McPlant burger is here! Tasted delicious. It took a while to come, but it was to be expected since it was match day and a lot of people had entered after it had finished.Lots of seating upstairs with clean toilets available. There's an ordering station at the top of the stairs if it's too busy downstairs too.

It's McDonald's - so you usually get decent service but quite often staff just forget about baseline, common courtesy. I've waited 15-25 mins for a single cup of coffee, while subsequent orders were fulfilled and I've had to remind staff multiple times - only to be handed my lukewarm drink without any attempt at an apology. But, it's Macdonald's.

Driest burger I've ever tasted, hint of sauce and no mustard!

Manager thinks she owns the place, firts she laughed at me having monopoly vouchers and only letting me to use 5 out 8 I had, second thing she packed only 3 items out of 5 I have ordered. The worst managed macdonalds in the area. Thumbs up for Brandon who was polite all the way through.

Unimpressed, ordered sweet curry dip and received sweet and sour, didn’t receive a straw for my drink, ordered a burger and it came burnt and with the wrong type of onions. Worker barely spoke to us. Not great :-(
