Mega Burger in Newcastle upon Tyne

We had to chase the order through just eat when it didn't arrive on time, called them and got some of the worst customer service I think I've ever come across. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold half the stuff was missing and the rest was either undercooked or burnt. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. If this is what their breakfast is like I can't imagine what the rest must be like.

Ordered from mega burger yesterday and have never had a meal like it. Ordered an 8 item breakfast and recieved 6 items which where smashed together into one giant item. Delivery was late , stone cold and everything tasted old. Hash brown had clearly been re fried , swimming in grease and oil. Awful reheated metalic taste too it. :(:(

ordered a 6 item breakfast and got the wrong items delivered - I am allergic to beans hence i did not order them. Box comes full of beans and no one answering the mobile number they have as a contact. i ordered mushrooms and literally one tiny slice of mushroom in the box. absolutely disgraceful and no way to contact them. if i could give less than one star i would. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

Lovely fast food place, noncompromising on service and good quality. Great variety of sauces. We tried two of the burgers and both were great. The place could use better ventilation for frying smells

Absolutely minging not worth the price at all 3 pound for 3 popcorn chicken and about 7 chips which were just warmed up in the microwave by the look and taste of them, The burgers looked like road kill wouldnt even feed it to my dog would 1000% not recommend this to anyone unless you like disgusting food then go ahead...... the best thing about it was the can of coke!

Waited almost 2 hours for 2 items. Got here and it was freezing cold and the order was wrong. Didn't want to ring up as we had spoken to the woman earlier and had nothing but attitude. Driver was rude, ended up with only half cups of tea as he had obviously been driving carelessly. Food wasn't nice at all, freezing cold, tasteless, cheap products, bacon was all just fat, beans tasted like Asda smart price and the order was wrong. I understand it's bank holiday but come on, how are you going to get a good name if your customer service is shite and your food isn't even worth taking a look at. Never again.

Ordered using UberEats. My burger was stone cold when it arrived and it has made me ill, I'm livid. It looked absolutely awful and the baconnaise sauce is just cheap mayonnaise. The milkshakes are just blended choc bars topped with milk I was actually creased when I saw them. By far the worst take-out experience of my life, give me strength.

Ordered the Mega Burger - Absolutely unbelievable, the burger has perfectly done, the bacon made my toes curl, the egg made my nipples twitch from excitement and the sausages left my sausage wanting in on the action too - Delivery was on point as we ordered early morning on good Friday, The price didn't give my bank account a heart attack, overall it was a pleasant experience =) - highly recommend

Best food in a long time , highly recommended burgers are very filling ....was that full had to leave the cake i ordered til later ....defo be back

Where to begin. We ordered from Uber eats, which yes I know sounds ridiculous, but mega burger had yet to be reviewed on Uber eats. We chose this over real food. The deliverer ( Miguel) went on a trip round Tyneside with our gravy sloshing around in the budget taxi bag, that the food comes in. So half an hour later he rocks up. We open the blue carrier bag and take out the budget taxi branded paper bags and the first we take out feels incredibly squishy. Upon further inspection we realised that all the gravy from inside the box was now in between the foil and the box, acting as some sort of membrane if you will.Now, onto the actual food. Once cleaned from opening the gravy covered box, we tucked in to our budget oven chips (although to be honest we couldn't tell if it was chips or pedigree chum at this point). These where not nice. Then, with trepidation I may add, we opened our 'Mega Burgers'. It was reminiscent of a school dinner burger but with some questionable sausages thrown on top and a slimy layer of 'bacon-aise' in between. When I heard the term 'bacon-aise' I was very excited, because who wouldn't be? Alas, I've begun to get off track, so I think I should probably leave it here. I need to shoot off anyway as I'm going to be hunched over my porcelain throne for the foreseeable future.In short, don't eat here. It's awful.Oh and we paid for an extra patty which we didn't get, but to be honest with you we didn't care. We just wanted the ordeal to be over quicker£18 for 2 burgers and chips
