I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS TAKEAWAY A STAR, it’s an absolute disgrace, the customer service is very very poor, they never get your order right, i have to say it’s went right down hill! the management are even worse than their staff. 3 times i’ve been to this place and each time they have got my stuff wrong and tried to say i didn’t order what i ordered,, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS TAKEAWAY ITS ABSOLUTLEY DIOBOLICAL

Ordered tonight as we had the family round as we have just had someone pass away so we thought we would order from here as we order here all the time never had an issue tonight we received our order and it was missing chips so we rang and asked and apparently it wasn’t on there order we offered to pay for them again and they said they would bring them waited 25 mins rang again and asked where they were and they said they weren’t bringing them they were so rude didn’t apologise moral of the story is be kind as you never know what people are experiencing will never order here again yous are shocking and should be ashamed!!!

Order: Pizza and garlic sauce ....There was a bit of a mix-up with my address so unfortunately the pizza was only slightly warm by the time it arrived. The delivery man was extremely polite and apologetic - and to be totally honest - for the price that I paid (and the quality of the pizza) the disappointment did not warrant a complaint (these things happen).The overall pizza was bursting with flavour which is something I rarely find these days. There was an extremely generous helping of lovely big chunks of succulent mushrooms which I think they should be commended for as most takeaways are really selfish with their portions and use wafer thin ingredients. Their garlic dip is also generously sized and absolutely lovely.Overall, if you want a tasty pizza with a generous helping of fresh ingredients (and jam-packed with flavour) then give them a go - you really don't have much to lose at the prices they charge ....Pictures: Some of the pizzas we've had from Moonlight since this review - today's delivery was fast and efficient and came well before the estimated time of delivery 🍕

I called up with a issue that needed sorted.. I spoke to the manager and said what I had to say and he was very respectable and understanding.. When the food was delivered. It was very nice and well worth going back.. I never do this but the issue was sorted the right way..

Absolutely disgusting service tonight. We’ve ordered from Moonlight multiple times in the past and it’s usually quite nice. However, tonight they forgot to deliver part of our order. When I rang up, I spoke to a member of staff who really quite aggressive on the phone. He asked me if I wanted the rest of my order delivered tonight or if I wanted it with my next order. After telling him we wanted it tonight as we’d already received some of the food, he told me it would be another 40 minute wait. I then asked to be refunded and was told I would need to contact Justeat (fine if that’s their protocol). I told them to just deliver the food in 40 minutes but told them I was unhappy as it was their fault. He actually said “well this happens all of the time, it’s human nature, just accept it and wait the 40 minutes”. When I told him the rest of our food would go cold he responded with “it’s not our fault”. Upon eating the food, it wasn’t even hot anyway and the garlic naan was just filled with lumps of garlic paste. We’ll never order from Moonlight again - stay well away from this place!

Wouldn't even class this place as a 1...thier custome service is disgusting...I got half of what I ordered...I rang them back they said I didn't order what I said but they still charged me for what I actually ordered...its an absolute joke this company...I will defo not be going there again

Ordered through Uber and expected delivery in 30 to 35 minutes. Took an hour past the 35 minutes so in total over 90 minutes.Came just warm not hot wrong bread with meal. Called takeaway 3 times to be told it's getting packed up, then delivery driver forgot it.Shocking service, which is such a pity as food normally really good. Not even an apology.

AMAZING food everytime 😋 super quick delivery, super great customer service 👌 order through them directly and NOT through just eat as just eat has messed my orders with them a few times now and moonlight have kindly sent out my order correctly and for free!So much respect for these guys! Can't recommend them enough♡

Very bad customer service. I ordered the 2x family banquit on their website which told me what i was allowed. I got a phone call after ordering saying I'd ordered too many things. I'm sorry but I followed your website, which I've done twice before and you've been fine with it. Either give me what your website let me order, or change your website! The food has gone downhill here too.

Just popped in and ordered the sunday family banquet £18:95 for 2 people. Portion size good. Quality good. Very tasty and exc value. Well packaged. Thank you
