Busy place. I had to book table ahead on Saturday. Enjoyed all the dishes and staff are so polite and warm. Nice place to hangout with friends.

My fiancé and I went here for some food after work yesterday. We were served by Steph. I think her name was. I just wanted to give a big shout out to her. She was really lovely and helpful. She had amazing customer service. She is an asset to the company. We always love the food too. Thank you 🙏 😁 xx

Food was good - standard Nandos. Was super busy and we waited around 15 minutes for a table and around 20 minutes for food. They were out of the supergrains side but otherwise the food was good.

1st visit, really tasty and good menu choice. Would definitely go back.

Very busy nandos so expect waiting times. Staff were very helpful and made a good experience. Food is great and could say we were all chickened out!

I have been to the Nando’s at Eldon square a few times and this visit has made me not wish to return. While waiting in the virtual cue downstairs all me and my boyfriend could hear was one member of staff moaning and complaining to who I assume was the manager at the time. When we finally did get seated and went to order there was no peri salt available, I completely understand this is a first world problem but for a Nando’s to not be serving peri salt I think is ridiculous. When our food arrived the chips were soggy and luke warm at best and the chicken skin was burnt. It took over 10 minutes and me having to ask a server for our glasses for drinks and I even watched glasses get taken to tables that got sat after us. While eating the same woman who wouldn’t stop complaining downstairs came upstairs and the exact same happened all we could here was her going on and complaining. The staff all stood around the till for the majority of our meal and just didn’t seem like they cared at all about their job. Before I left I went to the womens toilets only to discover that out of the three toilets there one was out of order, one had no light and was pitch black and the final one had what I assume was period blood all over the seat. All in all it’s made me not want to return to this particular venue which I love! It’s so convenient and has a great view of Eldon garden! Such a shame really.

We arrived at Nandos, welcomed by Callum. As we were signing in he realised one of my children had a broken foot or leg by the moonboot he was wearing. I asked for a booth to sit in as find the chairs very cold and uncomfortable. He made sure we were given a booth and helped us into the lift. We really appreciated this as had the longest day and really enjoyed our meal. Food was very well presented and we got ALOT of chips etc.. Only down side was it is quite pricey but worth it if the food is to that standard. Thanks again to Callum and his team for accommodating to our needs. :)

Food was OK, Chips a bit soggy but the chicken was nice. Over priced for what it is. Staff were lovely though very helpful and accommodating

Foods are too burn as you can see in pics. There are other pieces i didn't take a photo. The corn I asked for a new one and it turned to only a boiled corn. You should change a chef and hire one who have a sense of foods to work instead.

A nice comfortable restaurant offering spicy food. Nice sighting on second floor. You can order main course and 2 side menu. Quick and kind service. Pay by card is also possible.
