Nice local Indian restaurant. Staff were polite and food was quick. I ordered the shashlik with a side of masala chips. Both were very good. My partner ordered the chicken tikka paneer, again, very good. The total bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Worst veggie Bhuna curry we’ve ever had in our lives. It’s like the spices were totally left out, and awful mush of veggies and a weak, thin sauce. Couldn’t even finish it. I’m afraid we won’t be returning.

Good food, reasonably priced and good service. Initially thought where are the restaurant specials but actually the menu is very good. Lots of choices for my wife who is vegetarian. Spice levels seem realistic and not over or under hyped. Certainly will go back.

I've been to New New Bengal on a number of occasions. It has a great menu with delicious food and the people who work there are very friendly.

I was quite disappointed with the lack of communication between the floor staff and the kitchen staff. After a discussion with the waitress my wife ordered the chicken Kori NOT TIKKA chicken Kori however they brought TIKKA this was then changed for the correct order. I had ordered the chicken tikka Balti when this came it was a bit bland while eating I could see the water running out of it the head waiter changed this straight away. The second meal much tastier and of better consistency. If they could get things right first time it would be a better experience.the atmosphere downstairs is pleasant enough but upstairs is like a café due to the fact there's no soft furnishing for deadening the noise.

Dropped in on spec after watching a cricket match. Starters were delicious, particularly the prawn on Puri.Main meals turned up and were massive! Even though they were very tasty I didn't manage to finish mine.

We visited tonight, it was incredible! We called and booked an hour or so ahead, they were very accommodating. The food was amazing! Wonderful flavours and a great selection. Would happily visit again!

I have used this restaurant as a takeaway many times, the food has been varied from average to really good. However we had a meal delivered last night from the New New Bengal and the standard of the food was very disappointing. I do not usually leave a bad review however both mine and my husband's meal was completely tasteless and had this been served in a restaurant would have been sent back. Will not be using this restaurant again but will source another takeaway outlet.
