It is great to have Shearers back. Friendly and helpful staff. I popped in for some food. It was lovely.

Didn't eat here, only called in for a drink after the stadium tour. Loads of space and prices were reasonable.

Travelled to Newcastle for a weekend and 60th birthday party at the nine bar upstairs. Great time had by both .

Food of the very lowest quality, seems as though the ingredients are cheap and terrible and the cooking itself isn’t done well whatsoever. The vegetables taste nothing like they should be, the chicken is dry and unchewable, staff is unhelpful, slow serving and slow waiters. Avoid at all cost!

Food was awful, who puts honey on mini sausages and serves scampi at a party. Only 2 or 3 of the women's stalls had loo roll. Drinks are overpriced

Staff slow , pot of tea took about 10mins to come ordered food and it took 20 min delicious when it came though and very well presented
