Perfect Chef in Newcastle upon Tyne

We decided to use this takeaway Perfect Chef after our usual one whom we have used for years cut back on portions and prices went up quite a lot and felt it wasn’t value for money anymore.Last night we looked at their menu which has a good selection of dishes but decided to we order 2 house special chow meins the delivery service was punctual, and oh my goodness they were absolutely lovely what we liked is the cartons were full ( not half full like some) and plenty of meat in them, the noodles weren’t oily very flavoursome as was all the other ingredients ( credit to the chef) all in all a very enjoyable meal also we got prawn crackers which we didn’t ask for the delivery driver said they were free, will definitely be using Perfect Chef as our new takeaway from now on also the lady who took the order was very nice👍

Thr best Chinese around kenton area, I even go to collect from this Chinese even when they don't deliver to a place such as Benwell.The munch box is certainly unrivalled.Staff are friendly and may give you freebies depending on your orderGreat value for money

Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for 2 cold chow meins, at that point was very hungry and honest truth is it wasn't worth the wait

Awesome Chinese. Duck always excellent. Chicken curry and beef Black bean very tasty and good portions. Chips are good. Only negative salt and pepper chicken tastes of fish every time. Must use same cooker/fryer.

Very rude staff member when my son went in to order. Would have been a different story if an adult had been there. Should treat your customers nicely if you want to keep running a business.Crispy beef was flavourless and dry. Ended up in bin was so disgusting.Customer service absolutely atrocious wouldn't hand my money over to this take away again especially for the poor quality of food received.
