Real and honest review !I have been here a few times. So here are my thoughts.Food is : 10/10 - AMAZING!Customer service (if you count that to be more than just putting food on table) : 2/10.It’s a shame really.I saw a waiter become aggressive with a few customers. The customers were not aggressive. They asked about the difference in prices between takeaway and dining at the restaurant. The owner was told. He apologised. He is a good guy.The waiter then laughed it off in front of the customers??What kind of establishment is this ?Where is the welcome, asking customers how their food is and even giving normal items such as tissues and water with a smile rather than a frown or look of anger? Where is the communication with customers? So, if you want to sit in this restaurant and enjoy food, chances are that your experience of having good food goes down by the lack of customer service etiquette and empty ambience.PINAR! Sort your staff out please. Thanks.

I am surprised why the restaurant wasn’t busy. The food was finger licking, including the free bread and the salad. The oven was authentic, and the kebab melted in the mouth. The price was less than the neighbouring restaurants. The service was great. Nothing fancy but friendly attentive service. I will definitely return.

This place is an absolute 💯 gem hidden in newcastle. They service was fast the staff were brilliant. They are constantly wiping down all the chairs and tables if they had nothing to do. The food this is on another level. Breads were very authentic and that's the reason they have a large clay oven. The meats were spectacular I never had anything like this very authentic and the doner kebab is on point. They made from real slabs of meat and fat nit your commercial mince doner meat. Why did I not know about this place beforeThank you Pinar

Food and service was very good. Ambiance could be better as there were music, and tables were greasy.Cash Only!, how can you run a business cash only these days is a big question too??

Always an amazing experience. The owner is such a nice person.Yesterday I saw him take care of all of his staff. They were all fasting and it was nice to see them eat together as one big family even though they're not related. My favourite is their lamb donner. Delicious.

We ordered shawerma and shish tawook, shawerma wasnt so good a bit oily! As well as the rice.. but the shish tawook was so delicious, fries, hummus, dips, bread and salads tasted fresh and delicious too .. the service overall is good 👍🏽

We ordered Turkish pizza and burger, food was decent, houmous and salad with bread was nice too.Food served quickly, Customer Service is not bad. There is free parking on the front road and side street.

Missed this place! Been quite a few months since last visit. Food was very nice, both chicken and lamb cooked perfectly and the accompliments just made the meal.

Have visited this place several times during my stay at Newcastle. They serve some delicious Turkish food, on seeing their menu for the first time I felt it's bit expensive on seeing their portion size it highly justified the cost.Have tasted the below items in their menuChicken iskenderTavuklu pideMix doner wrapChicken donerMixed shishIspanakli peynirli pideEveryone of the above dishes are unique, simple, fresh and well balanced. Best part is their tea which they serve after food, just washes the heavy food off.Ibadullah was serving me most of the time he just doesn't serve but also adds a lot of information about Turkish food and culture which is highly appreciated since food plays a significant role in any culture.Highly recommended place at Newcastle
