Pizza Addict in Newcastle upon Tyne

Order took a long time, pizza was not very hot and slightly in the dry side. Also ordered the "Addict Kebab", menus says should be kofta, chicken, shish and donner kebab mix? but there was only 3 types inside? and missing the garlic sauce. The donner kebab itself was very good though; succulent.

Regular pizza, nothing out of the ordinary, but not bad in principle.

I bought food here back in December and the man there was just downright rude. Even to the simplest polite questions I asked on why the food is priced differently for the same things… he just flipped on me. Never going back there, the food wasn’t great anyway, it just happened to be the only place still open at 12am that day.

Ordered a spag Bol and a chocolate cake in the hopes of receiving something edible. Being allergic to cheese I obviously asked to ensure there was no cheese at all to receive my order covered in it. Being optimistic and trying the cake to realise it’s frozen and can’t even stab a fork through it. I’m at disbelief of the poor standard of food quality and how they deal with customers requests. I would avoid at all costs

Well I ordered a pizza and chips with a tub of garlic mayo. So got a pizza that was way over cooked, chips yes nice but instead of a tub of garlic mayo my chips were covered in it and definitely wasn't what I wanted.

They got the order wrong then tried to lie there way out of it instead of putting the issue right.Pizza base was tough as leather on one side and floppy and undercooked on the other. Cheesy chips were burnt to the tray. Meat samosas were hy far the worst ove ever had.Will never ever take business here again

im shocked reading the reviews because I didn't enjoy the food at all. The most tasteless pizzas I've ever had. So gutted! Chicken tikka pizza tasted more like an Asda pizza with shredded chicken bits on top. Meat pizza hardly had any meat other than pepperoni and tiny pieces of salami. Shocked at the sauces aswell. Had to add sauces from home to the chilli sauces as there was no taste whatsoever. Oh dear

Ordered a meal deal most of our order was missing the kids needed to go bed but had to wait over 30 minutes to Re-Deliver the missing order and the food was horrible the only thing tasted good was the coke. Never ordering from them again. Thought I’d try them since we received a menu through the post.

Really lovely Pizza's, soft fluffy dough, well baked, with plenty of toppings, we actually ordered twice from here tonight, i stole a piece of my son's vegetarian hot pizza, and had to get one! Husband always gets the half pound cheese Burger, he's REALLY fussy about take away food, like...REALLY ( well he is italian , they know good food!) and he has always thoroughly enjoyed his burgers, the quality is always consistent, and he says the flavour of the meat is great, he also really likes the kebab meat they do here ( along with my son) my husband is actually a delivery driver for another Local take away that does kebab, but he wont even eat a kebab from there if it was free, but they both say pizza addict kebab is at least ten times better than the take away he works for.To top all of this, we had a pizza delivered tonight, the poor guy was knocking for ages, but i was in the garden and just didnt hear the door.....they rang me, and brought the pizza up for a second time, and didnt even charge me!! The delivery driver was lovely as well, he was bound to have been annoyed, but you couldnt tell, give these guys a try, i really dont think you'll be disappointed!!
