Pizza Hut in Newcastle upon Tyne

Came here today , 2 adults , 1 child and a baby.Restaurant and toilets are clean .We had the buffet , which is really good value for money .Serving staff were extremely helpful and good with the children.It wasn't very busy , I imagine it could get pretty busy at night with its location.I've not been to a pizza hut in years but couldn't say anything bad about it ..

Really good Pizza, lovely Raspberry sorbet as well - the spoons provided for desert were quite dirty however with a bit of food on one which was a bit of a let down after a wonderful meal.

Very friendly staff amazing with my child, pizza on the buffet was a little dry but otherwise overall good experience.

Pizzas are nice that’s where it ends. Lots of stuff unavailable, sides needed dips, had to prompt waiting staff for a missing dessert, and they expect a tip despite you the customer having to order from the table using a rubbish app. And it’s full of kids screaming and running around whilst their teenage parents ignore them. Just hell really. £70 for not much

Amazing Service from Abs and Her Crew who helped me with the self-serve aspect as I have cerebral palsy and disabilities with anxiety and they helped me at the salad bar with the bottomless drink refills and the ice cream factory. Such great service and such tasty food 😋. The Newcastle team are a credit to the Pizza Hut restaurant Empire.

Sadly have to give lowest rating for this outlet due to multiple bad experiences in a single visit.My order was ready at the counter for almost 10 minutes but was not served to us. It was almost cold by the time we started eating.Had to wait for a server to be available and ask for plates.Garlic bread was like chewing gum.The funniest part was when one of the server came to check on us and ask about how was the food, she was in such a hurry to ask that she didn’t wait for me to respond and assumed it was all good and continued on her way.Personally I feel the outlet in other areas are much better as compared to this one. Maybe this was a one-off but would avoid this outlet for some time before visiting again.

One of the best places to have a quick fix in 'The Gate'. Although, either we were late or due to some other reason, many of the items were not subject to availability. Despite that we were able to have our stuffed crust pizza. For Vegetarians, they have a very limited menu, which in my opinion, they should broadened a bit, but the taste and aroma is worth the hurdles I mentioned earlier. The staff is very warm and assistive, never showed any signs of annoyance, while answering our numerous questions. Final word - 'Go for it'.

I was most impressed by the efficiency of the staff in taking our order, which had to be done through the app, and the quick delivery of our food which tasted brilliant 👏😀.The only let down was that, as it was late at night, there were no hot drinks to be ordered as the machine that makes them had broken down.I was glad we were not rushed from beginning to end as the restaurant was set to close soon after we entered it.Well recommended.

I have never ate at a Pizza Hut before, and I was a loose end one afternoon so I thought I'd try it out. I can't believe I have waited this long to have Pizza Hut, I know you get restaurants where they are certain speciality such as Chinese, Italian etc, but damn Pizza Hut sure do some of the best pizzas I've ever tried and I have tried Pizza's in Italy, France, Spain and the USA, little did I know, I only had to pop 30 mins down the road to get a phenomenonal pizza and service. The desert was so tasteful too! Will definitely be back!

Great pizza, great food. Enjoyed what we ordered, although forgot to send something out with our order.We called up about the order mistake and sent us out a voucher with the cost of the item!
