Waited nearly two hours for food to come rang to see where it was there reply was where busy good bye ,food came stone cold chips burnt never again

Hi i didnt want even give 1star the kabab is very bad quality and test hernandez i cant tell how test the kaba is not as usual. Try it and you be fell sick

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Ordered and driver went to wrong door, said we placed a fake order..which we did not! We even rang to see where our order was!! Owner rang me shouting and blaring!! Wouldn't listen, I had to what's app photos of my front door to prove his driver went to the wrong door! After being shouted at driver came and realised and didn't even apologize. Obviously we said we no longer wanted the food after being spoke to so appaulingly!! Never ever will I order again from here.

Went in shop ordered the £8 munchies box with a tub of chilly. Walked home and when I opened the tub of chilli that was wrapped in foil to find it was garlic. Called the shop thay said walk back and we will change it. I said no I live 10 minutes away time I get there and back it will be cold. I asked for the delivery driver to drop of the chilli and thay put the phone down on me try ed caking back got told thay were busy and got the phone out down on me again. Will never get from them again.

They have delicious food, the price is cheap, the staff is very good, thank you

Poor pizza in taste like mud,, half onion founded in salad in kebap. Staff friendly.

Worst thing I've ever ordered in my life got a bbq chicken pizza for me and my girlfriend and haven't been off the toilet since so I rang the shop and they refuse to give me refund and were rude on the phone about it also. The pizza was cold when we got it anyways and we waited over 45 minutes for it for us to be ill the next day, the staff are beyond rude and the food is absolutely disgusting and I want all of my money back for the inconvenience and I will also be going into the shop for my money back.

Lovely house kebab and fries was more than enough for the two of us and for just over a tenner was good value for money in my book. I read some disparaging rewiews and was interested to try it for myself. I'm pleased to say that I don't regret it and will definitely buy again. Let's keep it in perspective people - it's a takeaway, not a London restaurant. You get what you pay for and for what you pay it's excellent.Update: I've now had several takeaways from here and it has been consistently excellent. The salad items are always fresh, fries always hot and crisp and the staff are great. My experience of Presto Pizza has been faultless so far and I can recommend you try it for yourself.

Ordered 2 Doner Wraps, one with chips and one with salad. Was asked to wait outside (due to Covid-19, which is a reasonable request). However, was charged for and given 2 Doner Kebabs and charged for such. The meat was obviously from the bottom of the container as it was dripping in grease. Although kebabs are greasy food, this was disgusting to the point, I actually binned both of the kebabs and re-ordered from another take away. Although the only decent thing in this order was the "Chilli Sauce", that was lovely. Sorry guys, will not be using your take away again. Even when I phoned to complain, I was dismissed.

Low level service. The meat in my doner wrap was old. The staff do not use any gloves and who knows where there hands have been. The wrap itself was so old it was hard to chew and the fries inside were soaked in grease. There was little or no garlic sauce inside. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Will warn friends of this takeaway since they have failed on everything. Surprised this place is even operating
