Outstanding. World class. Faultless. Soooo highly recommended with bells on! Tick. Tick. Tick....Er....you can tell I loved it here, ha. This restaurant was recommended to me by two different locals and boy, they weren't wrong. Everything about it was magnificent. Large Italian restaurant with upstairs seating as well as outdoor seating on the pavement. I was there early evening and got a table OK. Extremely busy, I can see why! Loads of efficient, extremely professional and friendly staff, absolutely on the ball. But the lovely Pablo has to get a special mention! Attentive, sharp, brilliant at his job and with a very keen eye, he is a delight and a charmer and put smiles on my face throughout. What a character. He is lovely and I would return just for the pleasure of Pablo's service. All the staff were a slick team, worked well together and independently and seemed happy and not at all stressed. What a perfect place this is and I haven't even mentioned the food yet! Garlic mushrooms starter, yum. I had the Spinaci pizza topped with spinach, pine nuts and goats' cheese. Thin base pizza. It was gorgeous, ate the lot, snort, snort. And because they were recommended by the locals - and I have never ordered chips with pizza before - I tried a side of chips. Oh my..... oh MY!! Flippin' divine! Bestest chippy-wips in the Milky Way. Triple yum. They have live music sessions too and meal deal offers. Absolute no brainer to return here and I cannot recommend it to you highly enough. 100 stars. Marvelous.

We booked a table quite last minute and Prima was pretty much the only place that have availability for a Saturday night. The location is really great and the setting and surroundings are beautiful, set under the railway arch with huge ceilings. The food was very good, although the steaks came with chilled tomato and mushroom which was a bit weird and there was a bit of a mix up with the sauces which was rectified quickly. The thing that let the place down was the service. It was super busy so I can understand that things might take a bit longer but some of the staff were just clearly disinterested. The 2 lads who served the food were so disinterested they pretty much threw the plates down to us and we saw them do the same to other tables. It took quite a while to get the food which again is totally fine as it was really busy and we were happy to just sit drinking. But even when we ordered drinks it took 10 - 15 minutes to get each round which was a bit disappointing and we would have drank a lot more had the service been better.A bit of enhancement on the service would make a huge difference and would improve the profits as we would have spent quite a bit more on extra drinks had the service been better.

Although the waitresses were very good and the food excellent the top floor we were put in was oppressive. The seating was that tight that chair backs were touching the person's chair behind you. Putting a H&S hat on if there was ever a fire in the building you would struggle to get out in one piece. Please take out at least one row of seating

Had a Just Eat delivery from here, arrived on time, well packaged and everything was still hot! The spicy king prawn arabbiatta was heavenly, very nice taste and a good amount for a starter! Well i havent had a steak delivery before.. well this was cooked to perfection..10oz rump steak with peppercorn sauce was exelent exactly what i was looking for, very delicious indeed! I also got a tomato red onion and rocket salad too, there was loads and the balsamic dressing was lovely.. mmm. As for my chips, bit of a let down tbh.. soggy and overcooked! I would defo order this again minus the chips 👌👍😁

Best Italian restaurant I've been to, everything I've tried from the menu has been delicious. Very affordable also, 2 for 1 cocktails and bottomless brunches make for a great day/night out!

Fantastic service. Highly recommended. In my opinion, puts other food places customer experience like my last outing, 'Blossoms' to shame. Pablo the waiter at Prima a lovely character - thanks for making our family birthday special.

I’m irritated. For food : an absolute superb 5/5. Excellent ravioli with prawns and the pizza was absolutely superb. Outside of Italy, I dare say this was one of the best ravioli dishes I’ve ever eaten. The clickitty clack of the trains passing above adds a nice touch to the ambience. The food was prepared quickly and efficiently. What left a bitter taste in the mouth was (as pictured) there’s a happy hour price (approx 5 pound off the ravioli). We were clearly within the happy hour(15-20 mins before 7) when we showed up and ordered, but when I inquired, I was told the happy hour price ‘was a mistake’ and full rates applied. You have an excellent product, don’t try and pull the wool over a customers eyes for 5 pound. It won’t change your life nor mine, but it will make a customer feel ripped off.

This place was AWESOME. From the moment I walked in I was impressed, it was everything you want from a good Italian restaurant. Paulo greeted us with a cracking charm and flair and introduced us to the pizza chef who was working her magic with a cracking pizza oven. The menu choices were spot on and they had a nice IPA on tap which we both ended up having. The pizzas were simply the best we've had - I'm talking better than what we've had in Italy and New York! It was a nice atmosphere, the staff were all attentive and professional, it was clean and well presented inside. We'll definitely be back to Prima, probably quite soon!!

Excellent ! Took ages to get our drinks but the food was insane. High quality and tasted beautiful. Only thing that I was a little unnerved about was how close the tables were together but I guess that's my personal issue.
