Very nice great potions and great customer service they forgot my drinks but after calling them they rectified the mistake and delivered them within 15 mins, can't fault them would recommend and use again thanks

Very nice takeaway restaurant - the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food very reasonably priced and tasty - one limitation, is the lack of card payments (though, there is a cash point literally across the street). Always nice for a treat!

Used this place for years, best Indians about imo. Great value for money, even they're pizzas are the business.

I've been ordering from Runwell for the last 8 years whilst living in Sandyford and Newcastle City Centre. The food has never disappointed and with me living fairly close, if I order for delivery I've literally got my food on the table within 15 minutes of ordering sometimes. Lovely family who run the takeaway too. 100% would recommend.

I have been going to runwell for years and the food is delicious. I don't get to go as much now but their curry and chips are my favorite by far. The staff are always friendly and the best part is that they have the time to chat while you wait for your order. Would always recommend. ☺️

Unfortunately overpriced for what you get. Chips were earlier todays or even yesterdays and refried...Awful. The curry was watery and bland with next to no meat in and bulked up with carrots and other veg. Fried rice tasted old and cold. Sweet & sour was ok for what it was. 1star for S&S and 1star for delivery as was fast but wont be ordering again

Ordered a very expensive meal for a number of my friends in celebration of a special occasion. The food arrived and the majority of the food was over cooked, cold or lacked any flavour at all. When I phoned up to complain the manager was very rude and abusive on the phone and refused to help address our issues claiming we were trying to get things for free.

This Chinese is around the corner from me and I tried it for the first time with my partner. We bought two meals and two sides which we shared and the food was of a really great quality. It tasted lovely, the staff were really nice and it the cost wasn't bad for how big the portions were!

Pretty good. Its a decent price for what you get (Large portions) but its still sort of generic Chinese food nothing amazing but thats exactly what I wanted and expected. Great service, drivers are always good and they're friendly if you go in. I've never had an issue and I've order 3-4 times from here so I don't know what the other reviewers problem was, perhaps the chef was having a bad day.I cant give it less than 5 stars because it is what it claims to be and it does a good job for the price.
